Stayed Apr 19, 2025We spent a couple of nights with a child, looking to get some quiet time in nature. We were able to enjoy every minute of it, and didnt even have time to make use of all the amenities that the house and surroundings offer.The pond, the trail, the birds, the table in front of the creek, the deer, the pitfire, ...The house is modern, warm, tastefully decorated and has everything you need.The host was very responsive and attentive and made us feel very welcome, we really felt at home and taken care of.We will definitely be back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Extremely happy we found this place to retreat to. Lots of land to explore, cabin is new with all amenities, electric, filtered drinking water, electric heat and wood stove, internet. Couldn’t be more satisfied we just completed our 3rd trip there and see no end to our visits. Very clean. Jeff is a great host. Looking forward to future trips!

Stayed Jul 18, 2024From the start our stay was fantastic. Jeff the owner of the cabin was very helpful and friendly. He had plenty of suggestions for places to see around the area. We woke up to wildlife every morning and sat by the fire pit listening to sounds of the frogs by evening. It was exactly what we needed and we will definitely be planning a return trip. Highly recommend a stay at this perfect little cabin.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very cool little get away place. Feels like you are in the middle of nowhere but actually not far from so many areas of interest. If you like hearing many different birds in the morning and you are a nature buff, check this place out. The place is very well equipped. Just bring food and your favorite drinks. Owner supplies a map of the 75 acre property and a little welcome basket if you had a long drive which is much appreciated.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Super cool retreat cabin on a great piece of property. A great way to disconnect and unwind. The pond, creek and plenty of trails for exploring. Very kid friendly. Owner is super. Always available for questions about the cabin or the property. Hope to return during the summer.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969If you love nature and hiking this place is great! Far enough off the path to be secluded, but still close to all area attractions. Very cozy and well equipped kitchen. Owner checks in to make sure all is well and answer any questions. Will come again.
