- Access to the property requires driving on 1 mile of well-maintained gravel road and a steep driveway. Please use caution and opt for an all-wheel drive vehicle if you are not comfortable driving in the mountains
- The wood-burning stove is not available for guest use
- Wildlife may be present in the area; please do not leave food or trash outdoors
