***It's very important for us to be upfront about all of this, as we do not want to be dinged in our reviews for things out of our control. So please be mindful that this is and was always meant to be an outdoor experience. If you DO NOT like the outdoors, this isn't the place for you.***
We really wanted to love this cabin, and Kimberly was great at communicating and answering all our questions. However, the lack of a shower and running water was a major downside. If these amenities were available, this would be a perfect little cabin. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay in this nice location.
Would definitely visit again!
Very well maintained off the grid getaway! Highly recommended! Wish we had longer!
We had a great stay at little the red cabin. Literally 2 cars drove by the entire weekend. If you want a place to go and be alone without any distractions this is definitely the place! The brook outback that runs just beyond the deck makes this such an amazingly beautiful place. Check in was a breeze. The outdoor shower was definitely a cool experience once we got it set up. I would definitely stay again.
Absolutely ADORED my long weekend at the little red cabin. Located on a dirt road with a few neighboring houses in the woods, this is the best get away I’ve ever had. Host was very accommodating to my pets (deposit was required which is fully understandable). Self check in with a smart lock, when entering the cabin the vibe is spot on. Twinkly lights for setting the mood, beautifully decorated with just the right amount of amenities needed for a get away in this decade. Host offers Wi-Fi, as well as a smart tv. The outside of the cabin is so peaceful with the Brook flowing through the property, 2 fire pits, twinkly lights wrapped around the area for the pits. She was communicative with me for any issue I had, checking in and out was a breeze. The neighbors were friendly during my stay. There’s many trails nearby (I only took advantage of one). I will definitely be returning! I could not recommend this place more.
Very peaceful stay it’s a great location very good host
Stay here and fall in love with this cabin. Climb crane mountain, ski Gore or Hickory, fish Garnet lake, hike to remote ponds. Enjoy each night back at the cabin. My stay here was fantastic. I hope to stay here again.
