Stayed Oct 14, 2025We had an amazing time. The place was big a spacious, enough room for everyone to be comfortable. When we weren't out and about taking advantage of all the activities, we were enjoying the play room in the garage. Everything from ping pong to pinball machine to shooting hoops. The kids really enjoyed it. The backyard play ground was also entertaining. This house has everything you need and then some. The kitchen was incredible with a large island and completely stocked with everything you need.We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning in the future I highly recommend this property

Stayed May 24, 2025The location was great for our group of families. Access to town was convenient. The playground, games in garage, and access to the trails from the backyard was awesome for entertaining kids. The house plus the guest house was a perfect size for us. And, they were in good condition and clean.

Stayed May 15, 2025We had the best time at this property. We had 13 adults in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was very well stocked and very clean. We really enjoyed playing with all the games in the garage each evening. Would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again! Can’t forget to mention, I loved the smell of the pine trees and fresh air in the mornings.

Host was available for questions. Guest house was very nice. Can’t say enough about how nice this was.

Stayed Sep 5, 2024This stay was absolutely perfect! All amenities are available, houses were stocked with everything you need. Accommodations were perfect for adults, teens and kids. Tons of entertainment games etc and patio furniture everywhere with firepit. We absolutely lived our stay as we do multiple family getaways yearly. Highly recommended and James was great with communication. TY for sharing your beautiful houses. Five star stay!

Stayed Jul 25, 2024We were up for a long weekend with family and this house was a gem. Plenty of room for large group, quiet location (saw elk roaming in early am) great comfort and setting! When it monsoon poured, we retreated to garage game room to play. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 13, 2024Nice big kitchen and good combination of bedrooms. Outdoor space and games in the garage were very popular with our group. The bunkroom (Bearizona) is pretty small with no closet for hanging clothes. It was a little tight for a couple with two elementary school age kids. They did fine and enjoyed having the room close to the open area so they could put them to bed and remain with the group. The Guest House worked out well for our group. It is not too far away to walk after enjoying the evening with the main group. No closet in the Snowbowl room but we used the Master Bedroom for our wedding clothes. The electronic lock worked great and opened at the time promised.
