SECLUDED FAMILY FUN CABIN!

Clean, no neighbors convenient area not far from Dollywood and down town. The kids loved the hot tub!

The cabin was great, had tons to do! The only complaint was the hot tub... Wasn't very hot and the water was really dirty. The teens got in but it didn't look desirable to the adults. There were also tons of lady bugs and stink bugs all on the cabin.

If you need a place for 2 or more even 3 families. This is your place. You are so close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It’s so accommodating. We will stay again in the future.

This property was beautiful inside and out. Multiple balconies. Just like the pictures. Owner was very friendly and helpful when we called for even the minor things. Child friendly also inside and out. Close to town. Loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unacceptable -german coackroach infestation in the kitchen and active during the day? -Dishonest host for not honoring the reimbursement agreement for all the inconveniences caused. The host ended up ignoring my messages asking for the reimbursement we had agreed to. -all members of our group had to spend 2.5 hours disinfecting and inspecting all our leftover groceries, prior to leaving the property, to avoid bringing german roaches back to our own homes -my family spent another 1.5 hours disinfecting/inspecting every single item of our food and luggage in our garage, prior to entering these into our home -arriving to an uncleaned property. According to the host, the rental schedule didn’t syncronize with the cleaning lady system/schedule. PS: the host disclosed, this is the 2nd time this has happened to her, so expect it to be a recurrent event. -we had to enter the property 2.5 hours after the check in time because we had to wait for the cleaning lady to finish her job -description of the property doesn’t disclose all the active pests Bad -Stink bugs and asian lady beetles infestation around the entire house -No broom or vacuum available in the property for you to clean the dead asian lady beetles lying dead everywhere -size of kitchen good for only 2 people at the same time -the host believes it was a good remedy to allow us 1 hour late check out when we had to check in 2.5 hours later than the advertised check in time Really bad -flying bugs landing on your face while you are on bed at night (who knows which ones) -inability to use the mezannine as a sleeping area because of the asian lady beetle infestation (we couldn’t continue smashing them all night long) -we overpaid for this rental :-( -Had 2 pest control visits in 4 night stay: we had to delay our departure time once because the pest control tech showed up when we were leaving, the second time, the pest control showed up while we were cooking. Good -Size house for 14 people (property description says it is for 13, the host allowed us to bring one extra person, and the sign hanging up on the fridge, states maximum capacity is 14) -the host was reachable and attentive to all our complaints and tried to remedy all the bad experiences during our stay Lesson Learnt -never ever trust a vrbo rental without any review or rating -never ever lower your hospitality standard -Next time, I will leave the property immediately and demand a 100% refund
