Every year a group of us friends get together to engage in fellowship and enjoy the seasons offerings. Heard Dahlonega was the place to go. It was nice so if you want to have a relaxing place to stay, think about this property.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway here. The cabin was just as beautiful in person. Perfect location in between Helen and Dahlonega. Our host gave us excellent recommendations on restaurants and wineries. We would definitely come back again!

We had 9 adults in for a wedding at R-Ranch(only 13 min away). Lots of room for everyone to lounge, eat, visit and get ready for wedding. Everything was super clean except a couple of issues I brought to owner's attention. Beds were comfortable. Games to play. Could use some additional baking dishes and forks, but thats my biggest complaint. I would recommend Wine Retreat and would stay here again. Would suggest bringing suv/truck. A car may have a hard time getting up some of the gravel hills.

We loved the property and it had a gorgeous view of the mountains. Everything was clean. The host responded promptly to any questions. The location was perfect to visit wineries in the area, and a reasonable drive to Dahlonega. The kitchen was decently sized for 7 adults, and there was plenty of communal seating. Would book again.

We had a great time at the Wine Retreat cabin! It is beautiful! We had plenty of room and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the basement game room! It has a nice balcony with a firepit! Wonderful location also!

The basement kept our 13-19 year old children busy the whole time! There’s a ton of stuff for them to do! The cabin was cozy and inviting. It was decorated very nicely. The bed and linens were very comfortable! It was centrally located between Helen and Dahlonega so we had plenty of places to site see! I had a few questions upon check in and even while I was visiting and the owner answered me immediately. Tantrum Brewing Company is a must!

We had a wonderful experience at this cabin retreat! We had a group of 10 all in town for a family wedding at White Oaks Barn. The property was spacious and well decorated. We were able to prepare meals and had a blast in the game room. Unfortunately it rained for most of our stay but, if the weather had been nicer, we would have loved to utilize the fire pit. The host, Sidney, was easy to get in touch with and made herself very accessible in case there were any issues.

The property was great, but the drive way is quite a challenge. The leaves and rain made it very difficult to get out of the driveway without spinning tires for the two trucks and Acura (w front wheel drive) that we drove.
The cabin was beautiful and just what we were looking for
