Pros:We loved the hot tub, the fire pit, and the peacefulness of the property. It's close enough that you can go to stores, casino and etc, but once you're on the property it's like your own secluded island. Cons:The night we arrived, there was a mouse climbing around in one of the upstairs bedroom. My mother in law is terrified of mice and opted to sleep downstairs. That night there were also a lot of dead lady bugs in another room. We cleaned them up and the children were still able to sleep there. Throughout the night you could hear mice running around throughout the cabin. The next morning we are up getting ready to cook breakfast. A mouse ran from the living room towards the restroom that's downstairs. Instead of cooking breakfast we head to Walmart for glue traps ( one is eventually caught). Fast forward to that night. A third bedroom is full of wasp and one of my guest is stung. There was bug spray and we did kill some. However, more would come out. There had to have been a nest somewhere in the ceiling. Because we were unable to find the nest and wasps kept coming from somewhere no one was able to sleep in that room. The children's room was next door and we didn't want to allow them to sleep there not knowing where the wasp nest was. 3 of the 4 bedrooms upstairs were not usable that night due to mice and wasp. Some slept downstairs in the living room and a couple just decided to sleep in their car due to not having a place to sleep. There was rat droppings throughout

Plenty of room for a large family to enjoy. There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Upstairs bathroom sink and tub drains need to be cleared. Light fixtures in downstairs bath and pantry flickering. We had a problem with large roaches in the dining area and the queen size bedroom upstairs. The dishes and the black stone grill had to be cleaned before we could use them. I would definitely recommend this cabin but the owner needs to do some maintenance.

We loved everything. The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The host was so helpful and kind. The secluded location was ideal for us and we enjoyed every minute. I would highly recommend this booking.

Me and my family have stayed at this cabin twice. The second time, it had gone down hill. Cleanliness was not up to par. Wasp are really bad. Not everything was kept mowed. There was no propane on the blackstone. Blades on ceiling fan were broke and all the lights on the back porch were not working. Will not rent again.

My friends and I wanted to get away as couples for a little retreat. It was a perfect fit since we each had our own room but also had good gathering areas to hang out together. It was good to get out of the city and enjoy some of the outdoors.

The property was absolutely beautiful! Lots of room for everyone. There were a few things wrong with the place but nothing major. There was a leak in the kitchen while it was raining, there were ants coming into kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating. Overall, we had a great Christmas there.

This property is absolutely AMAZING & spacious! Great gathering spot for families to share & make memories. Secluded for privacy & just a short drive to Broken Bow & Hochatown. The only issues we ran into were 1 of the bed frames was broken & the beds upstairs were hard. The master bedroom was perfect with large walk in closet, large jet bath tub & stand up shower. Master bed is super soft and has a door leading to the back porch hot tub. We will definitely stay here again!! Beautiful secluded property!

We had such an amazing time at T’s Paradise Ranch! We took a family trip in memory of my father that passed away. We had a total of 15 of us, 9 of which were kids that ranged from 2-13 yrs old. There was so much room to explore to keep the kids outside and not on devices!! There was plenty of room ! We really enjoyed bringing the side by sides to explore. The yard and porches were amazing for the kids to play. The front yard was HUGE with enough space to use the blow up screen and projector and roast marshmallows one night for the kids. We wanted a vacation that was more rural and not in town with all the tourist events. We did spending one afternoon in town doing mining with the kids and getting Pizza. I don’t think that we could have found a better location that fitted the type of vacation that we wanted with such a large group!
