Good location, family friendly, and good amenities. Could use more kitchen towels, oven mitts, and a backup gas tank for the grill. We would rent this unit again.

Kitchen has poor utensils. Skillet was terrible. Toaster didn’t work. Cabin has great layout with beautiful views. But the cabin’s decor is dated & tired. Our sheets were covered in “pills” and were very rough. If owner would spend some money on updates this would be an amazing place to stay. Limited parking for a 6BR cabin. Only allows for 2 vehicles. Not a terrible place but with a little effort could be amazing.

We had a great trip overall. The cabin was nice and roomy. Plenty of seating, great view from the balcony, the kitchen worked well other then the fridge. It was nice having bedroom options on the main floor to limit the stairs for the seniors in our group, and the bunk bed room and game room on the lower level so that the kids running around weren't as disruptive. One thing I learned staying in the smokies is not to trust Google maps to take you the best route - for this cabin, be sure to take the road the host suggests, otherwise you end up on roads that make blind hairpin turns (we almost had a head on collision!).The only complaints I had with the cabin is, the fridge took a long time to cool (might have been turned off between visits - hosts please stop doing this, we want a cold fridge not a warm fridge - reducing a star because of this), and the bear-proof garbage bin wasn't emptied regularly. We still had a great stay, though.

The cabin was ok. It was not the cleanest but we’ve also seen worse. The parking is not ideal for a cabin that can fit at least 15 people. The potholes all along the path to get up to the cabin are HORRIBLE! The cabins are pet friendly, yet no where for them to go potty. While communication with the managing company was prompt, and they were always nice, I just don’t see us using this “resort” again. I do use the word resort loosely as there is nothing resort about it.

Large enough space to accommodate ages 72-21 months!! Close to main attractions. Quiet area. Large gas grill for outdoor cooking. Only issues—no large pot to boil spaghetti for 11 people; knives were old and dull. Ignition did not work on grill so we had to go get a lighter. Refrigerator was turned off or up so high it couldn’t cool foods quickly first night. We resolved that by buying bagged ice to put in Fridge until it could reach proper temperature. None of these issues were big deals to us as 3 of us were/are military. We’ve lived with lots of bigger inconveniences! Recommend that you put light sleepers on top floor as floors creak above you…again, it’s a cabin. Just an fyi.

The cabin was very clean. Had all the amenities we needed for cooking great meals. The view is absolutely beautiful. Beds are very comfortable. We had an issue with the downstairs AC but the property manager was very accommodating.

This rental was okay, but not without its issues. Upon arrival, the property was clean, but problems surfaced throughout our stay. The dishwasher was broken, and despite notifying the property the morning after we arrived, no maintenance was done. While it was Christmas, and delays are understandable, we were assured someone would come, but no one ever did. One shower upstairs couldn’t get hot water, and this issue also went unresolved. The hot tub, initially clean, became unpleasant by the end of our stay. The starter supply of cleaning materials provided was minimal. Since the dishwasher didn’t work, we had to hand wash everything, making the lack of supplies more frustrating. Guests are expected to bring all their own essentials, including cleaning supplies, trash bags, and kitchen basics like oil, salt & coffee filters. The smell of sewage outside the condo was unpleasant and persisted throughout our stay, possibly due to nearby properties. Trash overflowed from the bear lockers, which likely requires more frequent pickups. On the positive side, the location is convenient—close to grocery stores, attractions, and the national park. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and utensils, the beds are pretty comfortable, and the views of the mountains are nice. However, for the price, the experience and what was provided was underwhelming. If you don’t plan to spend much time at the property, it could work but the issues were hard to overlook for us.

Let me lead with we had a GREAT check-in/out experience and the listing was accurate (with only one exception - we saw a Keurig in the photos, but there was only a coffee pot). The cabin was built in the early 2000's and is beautiful with gorgeous views! With that being said as you walk in you do go downhill a bit as the house has settled and it isn't totally level. Playing pool the balls would roll toward the balcony. We traveled w/three older adults (65+), four adults (40's) and the remainder were teens/college-age students. We loved the two king-sized masters on the main level so the seniors would not have to climb a flight to get to their bedroom/bathroom (only three stairs from parking to main level). This was very convenient! All of the toilets were not chair height and so those with mobility issues had difficulty as there were also no grab bars for toilet nor shower. Although the beds were super comfortable, the extra wood frame, to give it a rustic look, wasn't the easiest of transitions for our guests age 65+. The rooms were very clean and ready for us upon arrival however, there were some cobwebs in the high ceilings and some trash (napkin, lipgloss, etc) thrown onto the difficult-to-reach ledge. Not a big deal to us but if you are traveling with someone that thinks that is unacceptable it is worth noting. Overall, it is very convenient to Pigeon Forge and it would be great for a family or friends cabin. We enjoyed it and gave it 4 out of 5 stars. Thanks!

Great place. Clean bedding. Why is it so difficult to ask for garbage to be picked up? Took forever for one phone call. How about telling Alexa you need garbage picked up and give address. Needs a deep cleaning. Wow. Filthy stains on couches, cobwebs and dust up high. Filthy windows - on inside! Bedding and tubs/shower very clean.

Once we arrived we noticed a few issues when we arrived, we called management they came out right away to take care of what they could. The jukebox doesn't work right it skips and the cord was frayed so they couldn't fix that and we really could have had more garbage space, we had 14 people, lots of trash. Other than that, beautiful scenery, hottub worked well, neighbors were nice. Comfortable beds. Very relaxing trip.
