Scenic 3 bedroom cabin with hot tub

Private cabin with nobstructed views, but there are a few things that would have taken this cabin to 5 stars. 1. The binder provided very little information on how to set the heat which was very finicky. We had to turn the fireplace back on everyday. Our host was responsive, but we ended up having to troubleshoot a few times.2. The curtains in the living room did not completely close. We luckily had a clip which we had to use to close them.3. The water heater emits a loud buzzing sound every so often and lasts for a little while. 4. The shower heads are old and kinda grimey.5. No spices, food storage options (baggies, tupperware, wrap/foil) or ice/ trays provided.6. The bed in the room with the ensuite was very hard and we did not find it super comfortable. Things we liked:1. Unobstructed views of the tallest mountain in the state: Mt. Elbert2. The hot tub was super nice and private with a magnificent and unobstructed view of the mountains 3. The main bedroom was huge with an ensuite bathroom and little sunroom4. Our host was very friendly and responsive when contacted about the issue with the heat5. Very private! Only one cabin behind us and we didnt see them our entire stay.6. 5 minute drive to twin lakes, 15 minutes to Leadville. Both easy drives!

What a great spot! This is our seconf time staying here and it wont be our last. The views are unreal and you literally have a front row seat to the sun setting behind the mountains. Spacious and cozy, great for familiar, close.to town. We cant wait to head back!

Hot tub was big and had amazing views. Cabin was large and had 2 gas fireplaces. It could have been cleaner, but it was still acceptable. Provided bath robes were a nice touch.

The cabin was absolutely perfect! The hot tub was really nice! We will be back next year for our anniversary!!!

I rented this VRBO to take a small group of women on a Christian Hiking Retreat. This cabin went above and beyond my expectations. It had everything we needed even down to robes and hot tub towels. It was so clean and spacious. Gorgeous views and easy access to the Arkansas River and trails!

This house was absolutely perfect for my family! Everything was clean and well kept, couches and beds were very comfortable! Kids loved the hot tub and the front porch swing! It was quiet and easy to get to Aspen for a day of fun and to Mount Elbert trailhead for hiking! Can’t wait to come back again!

The house was perfect. Nice quite and clean. Easy to get a hold of the owner when I had a question about the fire places. He called right away. Was a great stay I will be renting again.

This cabin had all the comforts! Completely updated with lovely fireplaces warming things up when we arrived. The beds were comfy, the hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing, and everything was clean. We hope to stay here again.

This is my families second time in this home. It is a beautiful, comfortable place.

We loved this cabin and the hot tub!!! We had a hiccup with the heat, but they called and and got it resolved quickly. My only advice is they need to add a hair dryer lol!We will be back!

We were delighted with the cabin. It was so relaxing and we didn't have any problems. Host had everything you could want to enjoy the stay. Fire pit and Jacuzzi was a plus. We would definitely return. It was a nice reset for the family we didn't want to leave it was like being right at home. Thank you

This is a lovely little house on the prairie (actually quite large) and very very comfortable. Thor tub under the stars was great, The House is in the middle of nowhere (quite clear from the description) but that is the nature of the area and part of the experience. Highly recommended

Stayed 3 nights and absolutely loved this house. It's not very far between Leadville and Twin Lakes and makes it easy to go into town, but you feel very private at it's location. Beds were very comfortable, the whole house is built around a comfortable vacation spot for a family.
