Scenic 2BR Smoky Mtn Retreat w/ Indoor Pool

Kelly and David are the best hosts we have ever had! We have traveled many place across multiple states and have never experienced the communication, thoughtfulness, or accommodation like we did when staying at their cabin. The cabin itself is beautiful and well taken care of. We will be planning a trip back in the future!

I cannot say enough positive things about this property. Location is a win being at the top of the hill gives you breathtaking views, the layout allows for people to sleep upstairs and enjoy the pool or play some billiards downstairs, communication with the host was simple, all questions were answered immediately. Will be staying here again

We had an amazing time staying at Kelly’s place. Kelly was a great host and responded to anything we needed. Her home had everything that was needed, and it was beautiful. The views were also incredible. We even saw a mama bear and her cubs multiple times! We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

This cabin was everything we hoped for and more. It’s beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail—Kelly and David have truly thought of everything. We appreciated all the included essentials like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and more. The views of the Smoky Mountains were absolutely stunning from nearly every room. We also loved how private and peaceful the location was, with the nearest cabin a good distance down the road. That said, the road up to the cabin can be a little intimidating at first, especially if you're not used to mountain driving (we’re from the flat Midwest!). But after a couple of trips, it became second nature and wasn’t an issue at all. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend—10/10!

Our experience at Sky View Getaways was an amazing stay. The kitchen and cabin were fully stocked from a meat thermometer to a highchair and baby plates and spoons to board games and large comfort beds. Waking up to the Mountain View was an incredible experience. The drive up is pretty steep but definitely worth it. Will definitely consider coming back in the future!

I couldn’t be happier with my stay at Kelly’s place. The house was a beautiful mix between luxury and coziness. I love how she thought of everything the guests might need,(hand soap, hand cream, dish detergent, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, gas for the grill, pool toys, enough towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea, etc) the little details, and that’s what sets this cabin apart from the rest. The views are to die for, there are amenities for every age, and the smell is impregnated still in my clothes ☺️. I loved that we had a lot of privacy and were close to Gatlinburg at the same time. The road leading to the cabin is steep and narrow, but doable and worth it, plus it’s just a short drive from the Parkway. In summary, I am sad I had to leave ?

My family of 4 had an amazing stay with Sky View Getaways! Kelly was an amazing host and quick to respond to any questions. We didn’t need for anything - the home was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We really enjoyed using the hot tub every evening!

First I want to say how amazingly helpful and kind Kelly was! She answered every question we had immediately and provided helpful information about the area and weather issues. Now for the home. It is absolutely stunning visually. It has every amenity that you could need! The master bedroom is extremely comfortable and my children did not complain about the downstairs sleeping arrangement so It must be fine, lol. The view off of the multiple balconies is stunning! Even on cloudy days it was still beautiful. One of the very unique things is an indoor HEATED pool… my 2 and 3 year old spent the majority of the time either asking to go swimming or actively swimming. There is a game table that has pool and ping pong. My older boys and I spent a lot of time there. Even though there is a million things to do at the house, you came to Gatlinburg for a reason. The home is only about 20 mins from downtown Gatlinburg. There are many options for hiking very near the home as well. However, depending on when you go, the park may have certain trails and roads closed. The only “Con” that I can think of is that the road to the house is very steep and would not be navigable if is snows or ices. However, just like they have everything else at this house. The neighborhood HOA keeps ALL of the roads salted and the owners provided a snow shovel and some Ice Melt. So it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, this house would be perfect for a honeymooning couple or a family of 7. They have everything you could need and if they didn’t. I’m sure Kelly would somehow arrange to have it provided. 5 out of 5 stars! Wonderful family trip. We will be coming back sometime! Thank you!

First off, Kelly is a wonderful host— she was so responsive, genuine, and accommodating the whole stay and with questions leading up to our stay. We experienced a minor challenge due to some issues a previous guest left, but Kelly handled them like a pro and quickly took care of it. The cabin is beautiful, thoughtfully appointed, and has wonderful views throughout. We appreciated the suitability for our little ones- including a travel crib, high chair, and retractable baby gate. The beds and linens are top notch and we didn’t want to leave. It is centrally located to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge- allowing us to explore both in a long weekend. We just cannot wait to come back. Five stars all around.

The host kept in touch and made sure we were well taken care of. They took care of our concerns within hours of us bringing it to their attention. We were very appreciative of how kid friendly the hosts have made the house. They had an attractable baby gate at the top of the stairs along with kids plates and utensils.

My boyfriend and I booked a long weekend getaway here and we had the most relaxing time. The views were BEAUTIFUL, we spent hours enjoying them from the hot tub. The home was super cozy on the inside, we enjoyed staying in most of our stay in Gatlinburg. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you could need, as well as the bathrooms. And the bed was SO comfortable. Kelly was super helpful & responsive during our stay. We will definitely be back!

This cabin was truly amazing! The views are out of this world and you can enjoy them from the 2 decks or the living room. Kelly was great and responded very quickly whenever we had a question. She even checked in on us after we arrived which I thought was so sweet! Definitely 5 stars!
