Pro's -Love the hideaway atmosphere. Very comfortable room. Clean. Cons- This site is not in Dripping Springs. It's 17 miles away from Dripping Springs. The Cell phone service does not exist. The Wi-Fi is sketchy for the TV

Overall the place was nice. It was remote enough but close to restaurants too.

Cute little cabin. Loved the scent of the soap and cleaning products. Pro tip: be sure to bring everything you need for the kitchen including your own salt, pepper, and coffee because nothing is provided (would have helped me to know this in advance). Wish we could have used the fire pit but there was a burn ban in effect. Looked like a nice part of the property.

The house was excellent! Enjoyed watching so many birds use the pond as a birdbath!

Clean inside. Outdoors is natural with the environment. The wind knocked acorns off the trees, the wind blew outside and created a nice breeze, the sun shone so bright that it was nice to take refuge in the gazebo: delightful!

Read all the reviews before booking! They are spot on. Flat pillows, no real way to cook, far from town and restaurants, not as clean as promised. The mineral deposits on the faucets should be relatively simple to clean, as are the cobwebs in corners. Owners should listen to their customers and make some changes. The big picture of the place is good, but the details that make it a 5 star are missing. Side note- the branch that hits the roof of the house makes weird noises at night! That's another thing the owner could take care of...

It was a nice location and structure, but fell a little short of our expectations for VRBO. All the pans were dirty as well as dishes, glases and silverware. There was no stove but they did have an mini electric cooktop, which was dirty as well. When we went to make coffee, the pot and maker were absolutely filthy. When my wife opened the microwave, there was a blast of putrid air. One building in the area was blasting rap and satanic music until very late.

Clean, comfortable place to sleep. Extremely quiet which we loved. I may have missed it in the description when booking… but the oven was a toaster oven and stove was a hot plate. The refrigerator was a dorm fridge. We brought food to cook and there wasn’t a convenient way to do so. We did leave two nights early to sleep in our own bed. We did read that the pillows were old and flat in a review. They were. I brought my own pillow which made it better.

The location is remote and quiet. My son and I enjoyed our short stay. We would have liked better pillows, but every thing else was fine.

The place was nice. The hotplate was not working at all and it took an hour to cook four slices of bacon and scramble four eggs. Also bring your own pillows as the pillows downstairs we very old and flat. Everything else was fine!
