Great cabin! Enjoyed the stay! Large area at kitchen island for entire family of 6 to prep food, eat meals, and play games. Loved the open floor plan. Lower floor game room was great too. Had trouble with main floor tv not working and they sent a maintenance guy out and he quickly took care of it!

Pros - The cottage is in a nice location nestled in the foothills of the smoky mountains. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive to town for food and other supplies. The 4 bedrooms are ideal for 4 couples since each room has its own full bathroom. The interior looks very nice in the main floor with lots of wood and vaulted ceilings. Cons - The cottage kitchen interior is quite worn and most of the utensils, pots, pans, stone and other appliances have seen better days. Also, there were other minor annoyances, e.g., the shower in the bedroom next to the kitchen leaked on to the hallway floor by the staircase. You can reduce the leak by strategically placing a washcloth in the right place in the bottom of the shower but you can see a water mark in the hallway floor indicating this has been a problem for sometime. The basement theater is a nice concept but with a small TV by today’s standards and chairs that are upright and fixed (no reclining) make it not very useful. The 6 ft pool table is quite worn out and they had 1 warped pool clue. Overall, my impression was this unit was not quite up to the standards that I have come to expect from a VRBO accommodation but the unit is probably run by a corporate group and its location in the smoke mountains makes it in high demand so they don’t feel compelled to address obvious issues.

Very nice cabin as advertised. Kitchen could have been better stocked. There was not a single coat hander in the house, that's really not good service.

This was a getaway with my mom and sisters and our families to enjoy the Christmas lights and activities in the Pigeon Forge area. The cabin was beautiful and is located in our favorite resort area, Smoky Cove. The cabin was exactly like the online pictures, it was very clean and ready for our stay. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Can't wait for the next time!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We also saw a family of bears on our arrival and departure dates, which made the stay even better. We will definitely use this property on future visits.

Our stay was great. Two suggestions. Towels are too thin and too small for adults. Also the coffee pot itself is too short for the coffee maker. The water doesn’t run through without hold the coffee pot up or prop a spoon under the lid to help the water run through. We made a mess with that several times. Needs replacing before we decide to come back please. We loved the cabin, and will come back. We even had a visit from Mama bear & her 2 cubs!

The cabin was beautiful, very clean, good location. Beds were very comfortable. Need to improve your Wi-Fi. It kepted kicking us off constantly. The coffee maker had the wrong glass pot, had to use a butter knife to get the coffee to dri.

We rented this for the week of our sons wedding at The Trillium. It was the perfect location, with plenty of space for family and friends and some wedding decor prep.

The cabin was beautiful. I wish it will have cleaner. Too much dust on the furniture. Very plane. Make sure you take hangers and toiletries.

We had an excellent stay! The description was spot on. The individual rooms and bathrooms were excellent, and the main area was perfect for gathering. Parking was sufficient for our large family with four cars. We loved the privacy, as the location was at the end of the road. Our only concerns were that the floors could have been cleaner, two stools were very loose, and there were bees near the hot tub—not a big deal unless you have a severe allergy. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The place was great & we would definitely stay again. Some things we did not realize that may help the next person: they only supply 1 dishwasher pod, there are no hairdryers, limited garbage bags provided, limited hand soap, limited dish soap, limited toilet paper. Make sure you bring your own supply of these things!
