Rustic retreat in Arnold perfect for a relaxing getaway

Everything was very nice, comfortable and peaceful.

This cabin is better for the owner, not as a rental. The closets are full of personal items. The toaster was dirty and filled the kitchen with smoke, the Keurig was also dirty. The 3 steps leading to the front door are all different sizes in violation of the county code. There are extension cords in permanent use causing a safety hazard.

Comfy, spacious and clean. Enjoyed being able to play in the snow just outside the cabin.

Such a perfect rental for a family with young kiddos. Comfortable and close easy day trips. We’ll be back!

Great location and fun for the whole family

Everything was lovely at this well-stocked and comfortable house. We were able to spend a couple days in the snow just a short drive from the house and come back to the house to warm up, cook meals and play games.

The house was beautiful and perfect for a quick trip to the snow. We had to drive up the mountain for the snow but also enjoyed the time we spent relaxing indoors.

My family loved this cabin. It was very homey & just enough room for the six of us. The kitchen was very well stocked (Keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster, pans & large stock pot, large Pyrex dish, baking sheets, serving utensils, hand mixer, basic spices, etc). The beds could be softer, but they were ok. The communication with the owner was excellent & she replied to messages very quickly. Our only complaint was the WiFi password could be shorter. It was a doozy! Lol. We had a great Thanksgiving weekend. Thank you so much!

Very clean home, and super quite area. Great host. We appreciated the communication with the host to see if the air conditioner was working in the extremely hot weather over the weekend! We didn't spend much time at the cabin but got to enjoy coffee and conversation on the deck!

From check-in (early in our case, thank you!), to communication of a surprise additional guest request, the property & stay were very enjoyable. Easy drives to Murphy's and Big Trees. Will stay again when travelling in the future.

Overall we loved the cabin and our stay. However, the cooling system was not properly working and the house was 88 degrees for most of our stay. We had to buy some extra fans just to be able to sleep. The house itself was great and the owners did try to help up with the air, but it was still not working.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Bradley’s cabin. We took day trips to White Pines Lake, Calaveras Big Trees, and Murphys and grilled on the deck several nights. The home is cozy with it’s cabin decor, recliner couches, and throw blankets. There is lots of dining space, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The WIFI and cable TV provided lots of options and we enjoyed a few movies from the DVD library. We didn’t bring kids with us but there were toys and games and an adorable puppet theatre in the kids space that I’m sure families would love. It was a very relaxing trip and we hope to visit again.

Communication with the host was excellent, she was very flexible with check in and check out times. Cute cabin! Highly recommend.
