Beach front was great, Lake Erie is a gem. There are many uneven stairs to access the house, and many stairs to access the beach. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. The cabin itself is oversold - it is more rustic than it appears in photos. Pricy for the vintage and condition of the cabin. All three bedrooms were conjoined in a rather bizarre way, sharing a washroom directly in the middle of them. In order to stay cool, you had to keep the bathroom doors open because that is where the air conditioner was- so if you aren't comfortable with having open doors between all of your other guest, not the place for you. Nice living room area with giant panoramic view of the lake. Host was very helpful and sorted out any issues the same day.

This was one of the best properties I have ever stayed at! Rustic Retreat all around. From check in to check out all was smooth, host Jag is very accommodating. The cabin has everything you need for your stay and also great for families. The beds were so comfortable and waking up to the beautiful view makes it even better. The beach and water were perfect for walking and swimming and just pure nature all around! Bring your Bocci or any other beach activities you like. They supply paddle boards and kayaks with life jackets as well. You are close to town and shopping if you need to replenish. Let’s not forget the views, sunrise and sunsets, absolutely stunning especially by the fire. I will definitely be returning as often as I can as this is my new favourite spot! Just a few pics of so many so you can see the beauty! Very Happy Camper!

Jag was so kind and helpful. Easy directions and check in. It is right on the beach. I spent most all of my time outside on the deck that gives you a perfect view of the water. The seating outside is expansive. Even has bar height table outside with chairs to enjoy outdoor meals. The beach is clean and is perfect for walks. It feels like a cottage is suppose to feel. Enough room for six guests. Even has a crib. The primary shower is incredible. I never left the property. I will definitely be back.

The view of the lake is breath taking. The house itself is up high so you can see everything. The sun sets over the water so nights were especially beautiful. The house is a little rustic and more of a cabin feel which is what i personally like. No issues with bugs or criters. They do a good job preventing those issues. Overall it was my favorite place ive stayed at as far as lakehouses. There are 2 gazebos to enjoy. One up top by the house, and one down on the beach. So it made hanging out on the beach even better. Infact i proposed to my long time girlfriend on the beach because it was so perfect. The owner was also fantastic. Wasnt worroed about who wae had coming to visit, and was just adamant that we enjoyed ourselves and had fun. Everything was already there for us. (Propane, BBQ, kayaks, paddle boards, etc) The only thing you need is beach/shower towels and food. Any time I had a question he was right there to answer my texts or calls. We Will definitely be making this a yearly trip.

We had an amazing 36-night stay at this charming home! The owners were incredibly kind and always quick to communicate, which made everything so easy. If you’re looking to get close to nature, this is the perfect spot — expect the natural beauty that comes with it, from the ever-changing beach to the local wildlife and fresh air. Watching the ships enter the nearby canal was a daily highlight, and downtown Port Colborne offered great summer evenings filled with fun and good vibes. Overall, the summer here was truly magical. The location couldn’t have been better, and we have absolutely no regrets. Highly recommend!

The property was old with broken glass in the windows, dirty, rusty unsanitary kitchen sink, cracked and dirty floors filled with silicone. The stairs to the beach were missing steps and turned into a steep sloping plank. Very dangerous. The firepit had leftover bones from a previous guest. It’s also in a planter. Ants in the kitchen sink, food storage shelves and bathrooms. No broom or dish cloths. No bath towels. No activities or games as advertised. Parking was at the bottom of a very steep hill. Tap water is not safe to drink. Expensive. We left 4 days early without a refund. Very disappointed.

The property looked like the photos, and everything was clean and tidy. The owner messaged back very quickly when we had a question! We went for the weekend and had a great time!
