Perfect spot for day hikes in the park or exploring the local surroundings. Cabin was well equipped, spacious and great view of Grand Lake and the Rockies. Highly recommend for a quiet get away and chance to enjoy and explore both RMNP and Grand Lake.

Great stay. Watch out for the cow moose. She made an appearance in the driveway as she strolled down the slope. Great time even with some rain and cool temps.

Unbelievable views. We had such a great time sitting on the covered patio and enjoying the views. It fit our group perfectly. The check in process was easy as well as the waste disposal. Very close to downtown Grand Lake. Really the only improvement would be a new grill. The thermometer was not correct and there was essentially no regulation on the burners. It was either very high or very low. No in between. But, that was only a minor inconvenience. This home was unbelievable and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We will be back!

Overall, our stay was nice and Grand Lake is wonderful area. I don't think our rental was vacuumed prior to use coming and I had to clean out their vacuum when I got there, and Re-vacuum and it was pretty nasty. The kitchen floor felt like it had not been mopped either, by feet were pretty dirty after being barefoot in the kitchen. Also, the pots & pans were awful... everything sticks to them. I see why they had bartender's friend underneath the sink, I spent a lot of time making sure those pans were spotless so to make sure we got our deposit back. I would not recommend it for old people and or people with hip issues, the stairs are a bit rough unless you don't plan on leaving the property a bunch (But that would be crazy). The inside stairs are very weirdly done, and not a consistent size, so definitely would use caution going up and down them. I think having to pay the cleaning fees, and then having to clean the property to stay in it, and then recleaning it before you leave kind of takes away a lot and I felt like we paid a lot of money and had to do a lot of work. It wasn't worth the price in my opinion. If they dropped the price, maybe.

This cabin was perfect for our family of 4 to bring in the New Year. The mountain and lake views were SO beautiful from the deck! It was amazing waking up and drinking coffee to that view every morning. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and it had a huge family table to eat together and play games. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!
