Rustic charm awaits you in Kanab!

We stayed at this beautiful property for 3 nights for our intimate elopement in Utah mountains and it was absolutely perfect in all ways. Stunning views, beautiful interior, just the right size for the two of us, kitchen that had everything we needed and even more, fireplace to set the mood in the evening. The property owners were super quick to respond to our questions, had all the tips and tricks spelled out for us in the guidebook, and even greeted us with a thoughtful welcome basket with snacks, which was very sweet of them.Close to town and to the highway that we took every day to our adventure destinations. This one is definitely staying on our list, as we are planning to come back every year for our anniversary :)

Neat place! Loved the view of the cliffs, the close proximity to the Mansard trail, the cute welcome basket and thoughtful provision of cooler for day trips.it is close to the road and other houses, much closer than online pics/description suggests. Very little privacy, no shades on front of house so ppl can see right in from road. Windows face houses right across road as well, but if you look past them the cliff view is gorgeous. Pet hair on furniture, our clothes were covered after sitting on couches. Fireplace was a disappointment, no kindling and very hard to light. Watch a youtube video on that particular fireplace before you even attempt to light!! Such a neat little house though, if you don't mind being in a neighborhood with little privacy. Overall a good experience. Excellency can be achieved with the placement of window coverings, kindling(and detailed fireplace instructions) and pet hair removal. Great location for exploring Bryce Canyon, Slot Canyons, Zion, Horseshoe Bend and the Grand Canyon!

We loved the location; close to Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon and Grand Staircase Escalante, yet when it was time to unwind you felt you were alone. Excellent choice if you are in the Kanab area.

Wonderful House, lovely furnitures and decorated. We didn‘t miss a thing. Loved being there.

Visited Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell while staying at this perfect little home right off art 89. Comfortable, cool environment with all the amenities. Great kitchen for making dinner every night. Drinking your coffee on the porch and watching the birds every morning are what vacations are made of.

The family (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed here for 6 nights while we explored the area in and around Kanab. This place was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and was super clean. The covered porch was very peaceful with a nice view of the red cliffs. The location is excellent to access Zion, North Rim, Bryce, Page, Coral Pink Sands, and much more in the area. Highly recommend!

Meredith and Tom are exceptional hosts. They communicate well and are quick to respond. The cabin is always very clean and well stocked. Meredith provides a great gift basket for visitors. The location provides easy access to the many outdoor activities in the area. The cabin is well designed to take advantage of a beautiful location and provides all the necessary comforts. We definitely will return in the future.

Lovely cabin that is even nicer than the photos. It was great to have a cozy and private cabin to come back to after a day of hiking. It was a great space for our dog too. He loved being able to see out all the windows.

As always Meredith and Tom are great hosts. Have stayed here several times and plan to return. Great cabin, well stocked, clean and great location.
