This is a great quiet cabin that’s in the middle of the action but feels secluded. We really liked the historic feel of the cabin. And I loved the comfy Ugg blankets :) We saw bears along the river every night we were there. It was great bear watching from the screened in porch.

I rated the winery experience a 1 because there was no winery. Host was very prompt and provided very nice kitchen amenities. The cabin was very authentic and cozy and the location was wonderful. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Screened in porch was nice and the creek was a super bonus.

We loved staying in the cabin. It was clean and was only a 10 minute walk to anakeesta. Our dogs enjoyed it too. We appreciated having a cage there so we didn’t have to bring ours. The location is private which is nice and it’s not too secluded as there are hotels close by, which is also nice. It is true that you do need to keep your doors and car doors locked because we saw a bear two different days. They didn’t bother us as we were inside looking out the window. We really enjoyed the sounds of the nearby creek and the swing beside the creek. We would definitely come back again.

Surprisingly quiet location in the downtown Gatlinburg area. Cabin was spacious enough for 2 people with pets. Area around the cabin was well lit but dark enough so you could still see fireflies. Nice space to walk dogs. Nice screened porch. Older cabin so some quirks. Would stay here again. We had a wonderful stay.

This cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway, it is quaint, clean & close to downtown. We walked everywhere and avoided the traffic. We travelled with our golden retriever and the house was perfect including a dog crate already set up so we didn’t have to haul ours out of the car. The town is very dog friendly too, lots of restaurants will allow dogs even on the rooftop bars. We will definitely visit again and stay at this beautiful cabin!

Not bad but not that great either. There was dust and cobwebs in a lot of places. The tv had 2 or 3 channels tops. The trash company also likes beating dumpsters empty at 2-3 am that combined with a major restuarnt in the front yard left a lot to be desired

I am so glad we found this place! It is walking distance to everything Gatlinburg and the setting is so unique! Right at a stream, good sized yard for the dogs, great Thai restaurant nextdoor. The owners are wonderful to work with as well. Will book again for sure!

Cabin was clean and very cozy. The shower was very relaxing after a long day of exploring Great Smoky National Park. We enjoyed walking to downtown Gatlinburg for meals. I would definitely stay there again. Though no fault of the property owners it's a little tricky to find at first.

This summer my boys and I stayed at this cute little cabin for 2 nights. It was perfect for us. Location was super convenient- a little hidden - and when we checked in we saw 2 bears walking right beside the cabin! We definitely stay here again!

Overall the cabin was great. It's truly a 120 year old rustic cabin, so if you're expecting a cabin-'themed' place instead then you may be disappointed. The kitchen and bath were very modern, and the shower was huge! The location was good and easy to access. Loved the creek that ran beside it and the Bhat Thai restaurant was literally a 100 foot walk. The property owners were great! They responded very promptly to an issue we had and took care of it right away and to our full satisfaction. The only negative was the trash truck emptying the commercial garbage bins of the surrounding hotels at 3:00 am! It was hard getting sleep through all that but certainly no fault of the property itself.

I will start by saying this was a very quick walk to Gatlinburg. However, it was not quiet, as it was behind 2 condo buildings and right next to a restaraunt with bright lights and music playing all night. Additionally all 3 nights we stayed, the garbage truck came at 3 AM waking us up. The cabin was a good size for 1 people and the kitchen had what we needed. While the main areas were clean, there was a good amount of dust on the blinds, with cobwebs around the windows and corners. Again, convenient location but be aware that it’s not “serene” or “private” as the photos make it look.
