Excellent condo. Private, comfortable, and well furnished. The only issue I’d point out is the couch and leather chairs are badly worn and stand out as the only eyesore in the place. Great beds and bathrooms. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay here again.
This cabin was perfect for our family celebration in the mountains. The price was perfect for what we were looking for and the cabin was spacious for a large family. We greatly enjoyed the weekend and would rent this cabin again.
My family (me, hubs, teen triplets and our 7 year old stayed here to celebrate our 18th anniversary. The home is so cozy, we loved it. Grand lake is gorgeous!!!
Not one but TWO dirty pans found in cabinet, looked like burnt food was left on them and put back. Mouse poop found in aluminum pan on top of kitchen cabinet. We booked 2 nights and only stayed one. The beds were great and so was the property manager who assured these things would be rectified and refunded us the 2nd night.
Great town
Nice place
CO in the summer and minimal outdoor space was disappointing. No grill ‘due to fire danger’ yet campgrounds allow open fire pits. The house is rental clean and entry is a breeze. Kitchen is ancient and disorganized. I guess it had everything, but you have to pull everything out to find even a spatula. Drawers will fall on your feet so be careful. No ice maker. Seating is very awkward and all faces the tv except - see below. Beds and bedding are quite nice as well as bathrooms and nice fluffy towels. Both baths are on ground floor. Base Board heating is especially nice in the bathroom for showers when temps drop down overnight. Many many games. We had trouble getting tv to even turn on. I believe management company will address this. ( btw-YOU pay the $200 management company fee on top of your vrbo price) I was expecting something slightly more updated for the price.
Great place, just need a couple touch ups. Replace toaster, Kerig did not work. Kitchen cabinets a little rough, I am a custom cabinet maker and could help you out with that. Planning on coming back next year.
Great location and amazing place to stay. We really enjoyed all of the amenities provided! Highly recommend to anyone interested.
Very comfortable stay - everything was perfect nice mountain cabin
This house was the perfect size for our family ! There were 4 bedrooms and plenty of towels and bedding. The beds were very comfortable and we all had a relaxed time . Thanks again
Great location in Grand Lake but the cabin is mostly outdated. The furniture was extremely worn out, kitchen was old and out dated and the microwave was ancient. There is only one door into the cabin, no back door, no fire exits and this could be a safety issue. Website stated it was air conditioned and it has NO air conditioning. Bathrooms were updated and decent although both were located on bottom floor. No upstairs bathrooms. Be sure and contact Evolve before you arrive as we did not receive check in codes or access until 45 minutes after we arrived, sitting in the driveway. The place was clean but we could not find the clubhouse to leave our trash. Drove around the neighborhood for 15 minutes looking for it. Overall not a horrible experience, just not as good as most of our other VRBO experiences.
We loved our family mountain vacation at this property! The location was perfect — right next to Rocky Mountain National Park, walking distance to a beautiful lake, and a 5 minute drive into a cute little mountain town. The property manager was super easy to communicate with. The place was cozy, clean, and had all my family of 8 needed to stay comfortably. We spent the majority of our time at the house on their beautiful front porch. We would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone!
