Communication with the host was easy. Cabin itself was nice, view was amazing. We did have problems with the central heating not working so it was a bit chilly but the host offered to send someone out to fix it. The fireplace is also not easy to use, it took multiple attempts to try to get it to catch. The drive up to the cabin is a bit rough, it’s doable with a 2WD but I would definitely recommend a 4WD for better safety. Loved the hot tub, it was warm, clean and very relaxing.

Great little cabin exactly as described in the listing. It is very secluded with no visible neighbors. It had a great view off the deck where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The hot tub was great after walking in the national park and downtown Gatlinburg. You definitely need 4 wheel drive-this is a must! We would stay again!

We loved the cabin, the washer and dryer were perfect we brought our own pods, the kitchen had most everything you can need, the frying pans have been used by people who did not care for them properly, but we made it work. The AC was perfect, when it cooled off the fireplace was nice. The hot tub was perfect, and we used it every day at least once. We did find the bed to be firm which is fine for people who like a firm mattress. We like it a pinch softer, we would rent this cabin again, we would bring a topper to soften the bed. The manager answered our call and was wonderful to address all of our questions. We used the tub and shower and the water pressure was perfect. The drive was just as described, you want to have a 4 wheel drive or a truck, small cars would not do well here. We are seasoned drivers and took our time. Rustic drive, perfect cabin. We loved our get away!!! The television was the perfect size we brought our own Firestick and watched a movie each night. We went to the Forbidden caverns, Alcatraz Museum, hiked up at Elkmont in the Smoky Mountain National Park, we saw the Lumberjack show and that was not worth our time/money, we shopped both at local places by local artists and in the Old Mill those shopping places in the antique district on Buckhorn (Judy Jones Pottery and the coffee shop) were our favorites. We loved the Old Mill Pottery House restaurant and the Pizzaria of Gatlinberg, and the Little House of Pancakes was a hit!!!!

We had an awesome stay at this cabin. It was quiet and so comfortable. The hot tub was a bonus, and we definitely used it. The house was fully stocked with all needs, and comfy beds to boot. Loved it! Will come back again.
