KEY FEATURES:
This Appalachian cabin is ideal for two people. Additional two can be accommodated on the pullout sofa downstairs.

On a clear day you can watch the sunrise over the mountains without leaving the warmth of your bed.

An exciting scenic drive up to the cabin will begin your Smoky Mountain adventure. After you arrive, hike the mountain-side stairs up to your own private log cabin. The hand hewn logs and rugged wood and stone throughout give you the true log cabin experience.

Don't worry if you're snowed in. There is a wood-burning fireplace, cable, fast Wi-Fi, 65 flat-screen Smart TV, puzzles, board games, and your own private Hot Tub!

Nothing says you're in a cabin in the mountains like the smell of a fireplace! The real wood burning fire place is available for use between October 1 and May 1. Let us know if you want some firewood!

A short drive from Pigeon Forge to Gatlinburg takes you through the forest along the rushing Little Pigeon River. It's lovely any time of the year!

BEDROOMS
The cabin features a single bedroom in the upstairs loft and a pullout couch downstairs.

The bedroom loft features a comfy memory foam full size bed, a flat-screen TV, dresser, walk-in closet, convenient half bathroom, and a wonderful view.

BATHROOMS
Thanks to the full and half bathrooms, you'll never have to worry about waiting your turn when duty calls.

The full downstairs bathroom is outfitted with a shower/tub, hair dryer, and a peaceful view of the forest. Open the window and smell the mountain air!

Both bathrooms are stocked with towels, plenty of toilet paper, and starter toiletries.

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare tasty meals or a cocktail or two. It's stocked with a stove/oven, microwave, cookware, utensils, and two coffee makers. Make yourself a cup and go watch the sunrise over the Smokey Mountains from the front porch rocking chairs!

When it's time to eat, enjoy the rustic kitchen table or take your meal outside to the picnic table. Just remember, bears like to eat dinner too. Don't feed them unless you need a new best friend!

OUTSIDE SPACE
If you don't feel like heading into town, you can enjoy a peaceful day in nature. In the summer, you will feel like you are deep in the forest, and in the cooler months you will have amazing views of the Smoky Mountains and the Pigeon Forge valley. Relax with a good book on the rocking chairs, or hike up to the top of Pine Mountain.

Bring some charcoal and grill yourself the perfect steak on the private charcoal grill.

WHAT TO PACK
Pigeon Forge is in a semi-dry (restricted alcohol sales) county so pack accordingly. We leave candles around the cabin when we visit but they may be used up, so pack a few to use responsibly. Same goes for coffee, sugar and other meal requirements.

*The fully paved drive up to the cabin is exciting, steep, and curvy, typical of most mountain cabins in the Smokies. These roads can be uncomfortable for some travelers, so just make sure you are comfortable with this before booking.

**There is one security camera on the premises that faces the away from the cabin toward the driveway.

***The woods are habitat to all kinds of bugs and critters. We suggest you bring some bug spray if you plan to adventure out into the woods.

****WINTER BOOKINGS: We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance through a third-party company, we do not provide it. Travel Insurance policies may assist with partial or full refunds in case it is unsafe to access the cabin or power goes out for an extended period of time. Snow is possible at various times of the year in the higher elevations. Ice on the roads is possible after a rain and temps dropping below freezing. Monitor weather before your stay and we will notify you if conditions are not safe.

Beautiful area, wonderful to have a hot tub after a long day of walking/hiking. The screened in porch was fantastic. Our host Richard was just phenomenal to work with.

This quaint and cozy cabin was perfect for a short stay with our family of four. The views of the mountains and overlooking Pigeon Forge were spectacular! The location was perfect and a quick drive to Pigeon Forge. The cabin is well decorated and equipped with most of the necessities for a weekend stay. I would definitely require that guests have a four-wheel drive during the winter months (just in case it snows before or during their stay). It snowed the day before we arrived and the roads up to the cabin were very slick. We were lucky to be able to get most of the way up the mountain - but should have brought the a 4-wheel drive and sleds! The owner did warn us and was very responsive. But we made it work and the roads were fine the next morning after it warmed up. All in all, we had a great time and enjoyed our cozy stay!

We had a beautiful weekend. Cabin is very cozy and nice. Enjoyed fireplace and hot tub. Unfortunately, I had knee replacement surgery recently and the steps to cabin were pretty hard for me. So just be aware. Also, I left covered in bites all over my body. Probably around 35 bites. My husband doesn't have any. It is October and I'm really not sure what got a hold of me.

I wanted a rustic cabin for the full mountain vacation experience and it was everything that I imagined! We enjoyed relaxing by a fire when we returned after soaking in the hot tub. Each morning we cooked a nice breakfast with the use of the kitchen supplies. Loved the porches both open enclosed. The jetted tub was an extra bonus my little ladies were able to enjoy. The owners were responsive with inquiries and even alerted us of a fire in Gatlinburg so we could plan our day accordingly. Overall everything was wonderful and we highly recommend! Thank you Richard!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cute cabin nestled in the mountains yet still close to the sights of pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. The cleanliness of the kitchen could use some extra attention. When we arrived, the sink had white residue (from the comet cleaner) so it clearly had not been actually whipped out. One of the white towels had stains on it and the coffee maker still had coffee and grounds in it. The counter had some coffee stains on it as well. There was trash in the bin outside leftover from previous so our dogs kept us up for most of the first night barking at the raccoons that came for the feast. I spent some time cleaning up the kitchen and rewashing dishes just to be sure all was actually clean. Bed was super comfortable although pillows didn’t have covers on them just decorative shams. Bathrooms seemed clean. Porch was a great place to sip coffee in the morning! Neighbors were up one night a bit late but the windows were great at keeping the sound out. We would consider staying here again.

Beautiful cabin in the mountain that gives you that hideaway feel but still a short drive to anything you need! We honeymooned here & can’t recommend it enough! The owner stayed in contact with us the entire stay & we were welcomed by a sweet note and a bottle of champagne. The only downfall we’re the stairs leading to the cabin, very steep but manageable! We can’t wait to plan our next trip back!
