We invite you to spend some time at this beautiful cabin we call Robbins Ridge on Nelson Lake just a few miles north of Hayward, WI. This is a new listing that has all the comforts of home and is readyfor you and your family to relax, unwind and make memories. The home features 3 bedrooms on the main level and a full bathroom with an additional bedroom downstairs and bathroom as well. The lot has a nice gradual slope to the water so you don't have to haul your gear up or down any stairs to access the dock. The dock has room for your boat and the shoreline is sandy and the water is clear and great for swimming and water sports.

Robins Ridge has a beautiful deck with a gas grill and comfy furniture that offer excellent views of Nelson Lake. Watch eagles soar over the lake while your stakes sizzle on the grill.


Nelson lake covers over 2700 acres and is one of the more popular fishing lakes in the area with an abundances of large pike, bass and walleye as well as panfish for the kids. Much of the shoreline around Nelson lake is undeveloped and full of natural beauty. There are also several resorts and restaurants you can boat to right on the lake. Pontoon & boat rentals are also available right on the lake from several near by resorts.

Kayaks- This home includes the use of two kayaks to explore the lake.


In the winter you can hit nearly 500 miles of connected snowmobile trailers right from this home and nearby are miles of groomed cross country ski trails for you to explore then come back to the house and sit by the cozy wood burning stove for a nightcap and to recount the days activities.


Bedroom Configuration:
Bedroom 1: King Bed
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Full over Full Bunk Bed (Sleeps up to 4)
Pull out sofa in living room
Bedroom 4 in lower level: Single over Single bunk bed and a Full bed
Bathroom with a shower also in lower level. 


Fire pit and gas grill- There is a nice fire pit by the lake for you to use during your stay. We also supply a Gas Grill on the upper deck for our guests to use free of charge. There are also lawn chairs by the lake and on the deck for your use while staying with us.


Parking- Parking is a little tight here so plan accordingly. You can park up to 2 cars or one truck and a trailer. Sorry, we do not allow camping in RVs on the property or tents.


Seasons & Minimum Stays-From Mid June through July and August we only accept 7 night minimum bookings from Sunday to Sunday.
The rest of the year requires a 3 night minimum.


A Note About Dogs:
We LOVE dogs and we want our guests to enjoy their vacation with the whole family, including the furry members :-) Up to two dogs are allowed at this cabin with prior approval- an additional fee applies. That being said, please be mindful of whether our home is appropriate for your dog(s).

We may not be the vacation rental for you if your dog(s):
*Consider barking to be a favorite pastime;
*Chew things other than bones;
*Like to visit the neighbors unsupervised (we do not have a fenced-in yard), and/or;
*Use the house as a bathroom.

We ask that your dogs be supervised when at the cabin and crated when you are not (One large crate is available at the cabin). Also, it should not need to be said (but unfortunately needs to be, as we have had guests leave enough surprises for us), but PLEASE pick up after your dogs!! It is NOT the responsibility of our cleaners..   Sorry, no cats, please.
