You just can’t beat the location.

We had a blast. loved the location and kids loved the fire pit!

The house is beautiful, and it was perfect for our trip. It was clean, well stocked, and close to Bryce Canyon. The beds were comfortable, and our teenage boys appreciated the fold out couch in the living room so they didn’t have to sleep together. (Make sure you get the tips on how to operate the couch if you need it.) The back deck is a perfect place to relax, eat meals, watch wildlife, and take in the beautiful scenery. We enjoyed fishing in the river off the deck as well. If you are not from the area, a few things… the house is off a dirt road, which is pretty common in the area. Not being from out West, that was new for us. Also, zoning in Utah is a little wonky. You drive past some places that you would not expect to see near a place this nice. But once you get to the house, you can’t see anything but the beautiful view. Driving to Bryce we noticed how normal it was for properties like this to be in close proximity, so that must just be Utah. But again, the property is extremely high end and completely as advertised in the pictures. We would highly recommend it, and we hope we get to stay there again.

We stayed here during a visit to Bryce Canyon NP. The accommodations were comfortable and we wish we would have had time to put the gourmet kitchen to use as well as the fire pit!

Great property! Great location. Beautifully appointed! Kitchen is really well equipped. Exceeded my expectations. Beware! It is REALLY hard to leave! Already planning a return trip with my grandkids!

Amazing house to unwind. Located directly on a river and is incredibly peaceful. Mule deer were peeking in at us when we woke up in the morning. Really great communication from the owners and would highly recommend to anyone that likes nature and being outdoors.

Kitchen was fully stocked and the stove and oven are great. Eating out by the river was the bomb!We really enjoyed our stay.

The Riverfront Retreat was gorgeous! Large gourmet kitchen was beautiful with room for everyone with everything you need. The Riverfront was peaceful and wonderful. The bedrooms were large and well maintained. We loved staying here and look forward to going again. Mark the host was very accommodating and nice to work with. Highly recommend this beautiful Riverfront Retreat. Close to Zion and Bryce Canyon too.

Amazing stay near Bryce Canyon. So peaceful with stream running through the backyard and plenty of amenities to enjoy it with a fire ring, grill, and large back porch overlooking the river. Fantastic kitchen. Beautiful master bedroom and bathroom. Fantastic host. Highly recommend

The cabin is well appointed and the back deck overlooking the river is absolutely wonderful. The home was clean. The kitchen is great. The property is an easy 30 minute drive to Red Canyon and Bryce Canyon.

We always love staying here. The place is very clean and has an excellent, well equipped kitchen. You can't beat the river just outside the back patio and the wildlife is such a bonus! Very quiet and serene...we love to read books by the river in between our hikes to Bryce and Zion.

Superb 6 star property. Mark was incredibly patient directing 4 seniors to the property. Words cannot describe the beauty, amenities, and layout of the property. Your fantasy retreat come true…with a very caring owner. By all means, book it!

The river view was peaceful. Multiple deer and hummingbird sightings. House is clean. Good communication with owners. Short drive to Bryce Canyon with nice views along the way.

Communication with Mark was great. House was clean and had a beautiful view. Perfect getaway for our family. Close to Bryce and found areas near by for fishing and hiking. Kitchen had everything for our many meals at the home.

The property was exactly as described! We loved the kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom, and the Sevier River flowing in the back yard!

It was ok. Communications from property manager were excellent. Just a couple of notes…kitchen cook top lights don’t work so it was hard to see while cooking. Oven was a bit ruff, dishwasher didn’t clean dishes throughly. Some of the dishes in cupboard weren’t as clean as I’d like. Bed and shower were fantastic. Weeds in yard could be mowed or weedeated. We had a mouse but that was fun entertainment. Overall I would stay again but would hope for just a few improvements

Enjoyed the stay. The temperature control in the bedroom was less than desirable. Warm until 2-3 am.

The place is very nice with nature all around. Great location for visiting Bryce.

This cabin looks exactly like the pics. My family had a wonderful time playing in the river which is just feet away. The kids went fishing and altho they didn't catch anything they had a blast. The back porch is a great place to relax, have some dinner, with a view of the river. The interior is stunning but has a cozy feel to it. We slept like babies with the comfortable mattresses and the sound of the river. Part of my group did an outing to Bryce National Park which is just down the road. We will definitely be back next year, probably for a longer stay.

Like a home away from home. This was a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed the sounds of the stream going by at night, and we were able to witness all sorts of wildlife just right off the back porch.

We enjoyed are stay very much. Clean, comfortable beds and the outdoor area stellar. River is 15 steps away. Bryce, red canyon, escalante and kodachrome are all within in an easy drive.

This was the perfect place for our overnight stay before going into explore Bryce Canyon. The house had everything we needed and the beds were very. comfortable. Our friends got engaged by the creek.

It was a lovely place. The atmosphere was relaxing. The weather was cool one of the two nights do we built a fire in the firepit which was niceThe beds were comfortable enough. The main bsy window blinds in the one bedroom were broke but able to raise the whole blind The kitchen was nice and spacious but there was no order to where things belonged . And the big bathroom shower handle needs fixing But i would still give this place 4 stars because it was comfortable and clean enough

I would stay here again during any southern UT trip!

Great little place that has all the amenities plus a super quiet nature filled spot. A bit off the beaten track but not bad at all. We would come back again!

My daughter and I had such an amazing (relaxing) stay at Mark and Robin’s home in Hatch.Enjoyed some fly fishing directly outside of the back door and saw plenty of deer.Great communication with our hosts too!Thank you!Ryan and Georgia

So happy to have found this gem! The kids loved the river and the deer watching. The adults loved the secluded, private property and the amazingly kitchen. Very clean and lovely home with everything you could need.

This house has a perfect location for exploring Bryce and Zion. It’s a beautiful home with the river outside . We had meals at home but that would be a consideration as there was not many restaurants nearby. We’d recommend and return again.

This place had an amazing location right on the river. My kids enjoyed fishing, and we loved the close proximity to Bryce Canyon. Beds were comfy! It was really nice that they provided paper products, coffee, mini toiletry items, etc., so that we didn't have to run back out to the store as soon as we checked in. There were even some feminine hygiene products in the master bath (which I ended up needing); this is something I never thought to provide in a rental, but I will be adding it to my own rental property next time I'm there! I did go to the store once, and it was only 20 minutes away. The kitchen is fantastic if you plan to cook while you're there. I highly recommend this rental!

My family was fortunate to stay in this charming cabin while exploring southern Utah over Spring Break with our pup. Mark and Robin are excellent hosts and their cabin location couldn’t be better. We loved playing by the river and enjoying a fire on the cold evenings. The bedding and beds were plush and comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. Thanks so much!

Very comfortable and gorgeous with back patio on the river. Many birds and deer and wild turkeys. Loved it.

We enjoyed our stay in Hatch. We loved having the river just outside the back door. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to have a great Thanksgiving feast. We loved the open concept and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Only issue was that the light in the master bathroom doesn't work. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in your home! The house looked just liked the photos. Not too far from Hwy 89 back in a quiet neighborhood with the river and many deer and birds in the yard. The WiFi worked well and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would return to this house again if in the area,

The house was in the perfect location to all of the sites we wanted to visit. The house was had all of the amities we needed.

Spent many hours admiring the creek and golden trees. Saw an owl scoop up a fish two mornings and a couple great blue heron sitings. Liked that both Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks were not too far away. We’ll be back.

The house was on a secluded road right next to the Sevier River. A very pleasant and peaceful location. The house was roomy and the beds were very comfortable.

We loved the setting and tranquility of the lodge right on the riverside. It is very well equipped and has plenty of space for a really comfortable stay. We didn’t want to leave.

Loved it! My husband and I were looking for a place to relax and recharge and this was perfect. We did some hiking and it was an easy 45 min drive to Bryce, a little over an hour to the gates of Zion. We also spent time chilling on the back porch listening to the creek and star gazing. The house was well stocked with anything you might need.

The property was great ! The deer and the humming birds added to the outdoor experience by the running water of the stream . The house had everything you need and more . Bryce National Park is a must see ! Thanks to the hosts for a wonderful experience!

The place is amazing and in a great neighborhood on the river. You will see beautiful wildlife and catch some Trout in the river, and cook in the grill. The home is large and spacious with too. To unwind and relax. Beautiful porch to sit & unwind, listen to the river, fish, watch the hummingbirds and wildlife! Great town in between Zion NP, Red Canyon, & Bryce. My kids loved the experience! Listening to the Siever River just outside your back door is probably what we enjoy most about this location. The daily deer visits are wonderful as well. Conveniently located 30 mins from Bryce and just over an hour from Zion. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. We will be back.

Wonderful way to relax and connect with nature's creatures. Sit on the deck just feet from the flowing river and watch the hummingbirds, deer, and various other wildlife. They don't seem to mind your company

We can not say enough about this amazing property. It was exactly what we were looking for when planning our once in a lifetime vacation. The wild life that visited daily were an added bonus. Would definitely recommend staying here. And the Mark the Host was very helpful when our plans changed at the last minute
