Guest Access:

Entire Cabin

The Neighborhood:

This peaceful cabin sits directly on the banks of the Little Pigeon River, surrounded by a lush Smoky Mountain landscape. You’ll feel a world away, yet you’re only 20 minutes from Dollywood, 18 minutes to the center of Pigeon Forge, and 25 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Whether you’re seeking a scenic hike, an outlet shopping spree, or a cozy evening around the fire, this location gives you easy access to it all—while keeping the river as your daily soundtrack.

Getting Around:

Accessing the cabin is simple, with paved roads all the way and a relatively flat drive. Parking is available for up to two vehicles right next to the cabin. While 4x4 isn’t required for this property specifically, we always recommend it if you plan to explore deeper into the Smoky Mountains or venture off the main routes during rainy or winter months. Best of all, you're just a scenic drive away from all the action in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Other Things to Note:

• Guests must be 21 or older to book.

• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.

• Parking for 2 vehicles next to the cabin.

• 4x4 vehicle recommended for regional travel in the Smoky Mountains.

• Fireplace and fire pit are wood-burning—please bring firewood.

• Charcoal grill available—please bring your own charcoal.

• Coffee maker is regular and Keurig—bring your favorite coffee.

• Hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled before each stay. On check-in day, allow time for it to heat to your preference.

• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

• Guests agree to communicate through the website messenger, even if initial contact occurs through another method.

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

What a lovely, cozy cabin!! Chris was a gracious host, always checking up to see if we needed anything. The hot tub was perfect for our 12* degree weather we had. We lived it.

We had a great time! Very clean. Next to the water. Nice privacy. And very clean hot tub. You can be in the hot tub while watching the nice stream of water. Very responsive communication! Bring your own firewood and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was a washing machine and dryer if you need. The sheep sheets was a cute touch too. Thank you so much!

Cabin was verrrry clean!. Beautiful decor and cozy. Appliances full size. Area was quaint and not too far from pigeon forge. Easy road access to get too driveway. Loved the screened in porch facing the water. Did not realize Highway was right across the little creek. Could not get hot tub to work. Be sure to bring ice. No ice trays or ice maker. I would definitely recommend this cabin to friends and family. Hope to be back sooner than later Juanita Nelson

We loved everything—the quiet location off the beaten path, the tasteful decor, comfy bed, extraordinary cleanliness and my favorite—the wood burning fireplace. I can’t wait to go back. It was simply perfect.
