Riverfront Cabin! Mountain Views, Pool, Hot Tub, Fishing, Tubing, Fire Pit, WIFI

Everything was great and just as described. Easy access in and out. Perfect views of the mountains from back porch and our family had an amazing time.

We found this cabin at the last minute for a girl’s trip. We enjoyed the location and the home itself. The house was comfortable and we enjoyed the gas fireplace and the hot tub. The only thing I would add if it was my cabin would be a dishwasher. Other than that it was perfect!

This was our third year in a row at this venue. The house is always neat and clean and Doug and Sarah are exceptional hosts. We look forward to returning next year.

Cute Cabin! And the beds were comfortable. The river was so fun. We didn’t go to the pool but it was right next to the house; very accessible.

even tho our stay was short, we had a wonderful time. the cabin was beautiful, well stocked and clean. location was perfect, just a couple of miles from our friends. we would highly recommend this cabin, and hope to stay here again in the future.

We had a great time! The view was beautiful and my teens enjoyed playing in the river.

This is our third time staying. Never dissapoints. This time we rented two more cabins and brought other families and friends from church. An amazing experience for everyone.

The home was a in a great location. We were close to town, the lake, hiking trails, water falls, and many other activities and locations. Additionally, when we weren’t in a hurry to go somewhere, we enjoyed the creek that was right behind the house, fire pit, community pool, and just sitting on the porch.

This is our second time staying. Sara is a wonderful host. The home has plenty to do and is always clean (fishing, swimming, tubing, hot tub, fire pit, etc.) but if you want to adventure some there is plenty to do for reasonable cost (horseback riding, lake Chatuge, hiking, waterfalls, zip lining, snuggling capybara, etc.). Always a wonderful vacation for our family. We are planning again for next year!

This cabin was beautiful; the pictures really don't do it justice. It was very well stocked, and the owner, Doug was so friendly. We will definitely consider staying again.

This was a perfect location for a family meet up. The cabin was perfect and my 15 yo son didn’t want to go explore anywhere but the river. He caught so many trout that we had to make him come inside. We cooked on the grill several nights. Grocery stores and restaurants were convenient to the cabin. In fact we all said we will make sure we save this property as our favorite so we can return often.

This was our second stay at this property. We will be back again next October. We enjoyed the scenery and the serenity that makes this visit memorable.

Very relaxed family time. Went hiking by Lake Chatuge.enjoyed the hot tub and cooking with family. Managers are helpful with any problems. Plenty of space for a group of 8.

This is our 2nd time of staying in this house. We go to Hiawassee annually with our young grandchildren. They love playing in and around the river. Safe conditions for 10 year old boys to enjoy the outdoors. And they love the hot tub

Football on the deck-hot tub-shopping-fishing made for a perfect getaway. Tv slowed at times but not a huge inconvenience for football lovers. Perfect and safe for kids to explore and parents to unwind. Towels and sheet were updated and clean. Many cleaning supplies present.

Enjoyed everything about it, except the “stock trout” river did not appear to have any fish. Plus it was catch and release so that ended our hopes of catching dinner at least once. Otherwise the property was as advertised and the location was perfect for our planned activities. Definitely would stay there again.

Great relaxing trip from the south to the peaceful mountains!

Our week was amazing! The cabin was fabulous and in a great small community. The set up of the cabins with all the space and trees makes you feel you are in a secluded area. We had to remind the kids we were sharing the space with others. The river was amazing for the family and having the pool and hot tub was sprinkles to an already amazing cake. I feel like I need to avoid saying too many nice things for fear we will miss out on it next time. Our family returned feeling rested and everyone agreed we will miss the place.

Great location to other mountain towns to explore. Right on the river for fishing. Pool and hot tub clean.

Great location, so close to Helen and many historic sites. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, large dining area. Lovely view from porch, hot tub, rocking chairs. Walk to beautiful Hiawassee river, fun for kids and adults.

Quiet neighborhood, plenty of room, clean - nice place stay - I would rent again - we enjoyed it

We live about an hour from here and figured we would use this home as a staycation during a baseball tournament my grandson was in. I thought the house was secluded but it is not. Other cabins are very close and it appears the area behind the cabins is a HOA common area. Residents walk freely behind the cabin up and down the Hiawassee River. There are feeder boxes at the river that feed the trout so you will see plenty of trout especially near feeding time. A short walk to the pool which is about 150 ft away. The location is very close to Hiawassee, a 6 minute drive to the hospital in fact. Only issues we had with the cabin were uneven flooring and annoying woodpeckers destroying the sides of the cabin. Cabin had a nice layout and the beds were very comfortable. I’ve stayed at worse cabins around here. I would recommend
