This was a great weekend getaway for my wife and I. Beautiful and very quiet.
The cabin was nice. Enjoyed the stay.
Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved shampoo and soap were provided. Great location for fishing close to rock creek and coopers creek
Great no problems
The cabin was nice, very unique. Only complaints I have are the living room TV is very small, only time we were inside was when it was raining or we were cooking. But I believe the TV could be much bigger for that room. The sheets on one bed smelled like urine, we washed them before we slept in that particular bed. The Toccoa River runs down behind the cabin which is nice, but there were no stairs or paths that would allow you to reach the river for fishing or wading purposes, That was a bummer that we couldn't access the river more easily. But over all the location and the cabin was very clean. The directions were spot on too! I would and will definately rent from them again.
Me and my wife stay for our anniversary. It was very relaxing and the river was so peaceful. My wife and I loved staying .
Everything was so perfect , so clean , I recommend this 100 % , you are going to find Everything there , just go to a market Ingles i recommend , and enjoy your stay.
This cottage is adorable! Exceptionally clean and a really well stocked (supplies) kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable. The grounds were really pretty. Wished we had more time there to just enjoy the cottage and outside area. Will definitely return and will stay longer to enjoy fully!
This cabin was perfect. The first (and most important thing to me) thing I noticed is how clean it is! It’s large enough for multiple people but still has a quaint feel. We absolutely loved the property and the sound of the river. I would definitely recommend this property!
Peaceful, quiet, comfortable cabin. 3 regular bedrooms with another room with a futon bed if you need. 2 Full bathrooms Nice river/ stream in the backyard We had more items available to us than we thought. We had laundry detergent and dryer sheets and coffee left for us. The refrigerator and washer and dryer were adequate. The internet wifi worked fast but not in every room (downstairs bathroom). There was a gas grill that looked nice but we did not use it. They also supplied little things like fishing poles and tackle and walking sticks. The TV was a little small but worked adequately with the Roku. There was a fireplace that seemed nice but we didn't use it because it's summer. The owner also provided us with a homemade guide book that was very useful. It gave us recommendations for places to visit and eat and had maps which were very useful because our cellphone signal was spotty there. The location is very rural. Very small country roads in the mountains. So I would bring the book in case you lose signal from your cellphone. The closest grocery store like Walmart or Ingles or Publix is about at least 40 minutes drive. As for things to do, there were many waterfalls and walking trails within an hour drive from the cabin. We really liked Preacher's Rock and some of the waterfalls nearby. Some of the reviews said that Preacher's Rock was an easy hike but it wasn't for us. ?? Took us about an hour to get there walking from the parking lot. The only thing we had a problem with is that the stairs are steep for us. So if you are older or have mobility problems then I would not recommend this place as you have to either go up or down to the bedrooms. And also we felt a little vulnerable because most of the windows do not have curtains so we felt a little exposed especially at night. But overall we really enjoyed the cabin and had a great time exploring the area! Great for young people and families. If not in good condition to walk then I wouldn't recommend it.
