The open concept studio floor plan features a bedroom area with a luxurious king bed, a sofa sleeper in the sitting area with cozy gas fireplace, and a small kitchen that features a stove, oven, microwave, and table for two. The large, view windows and vaulted ceiling create an airy, romantic ambiance, letting in beautiful natural light at all the right angles.
The spacious bathroom features a large jetted tub for two and separate walk-in shower.

An open loft has a queen bed and canonly be accessed via a ladder. The ladder does slide out so that the climb is not straight up. Please note that the loft is unlikely to be a place that two adults would find sufficiently spacious. We ask that no children under the age of 12 years are permitted in the loft.

From the cabin's small deck relax with your camera and a good book, or enjoy the views while grilling up steaks, burgers and fish on the gas BBQ.
Guests have access to the Red Setter's entire four-acre private grounds, which offer prime access to fishing, hiking, wildlife and bird watching, or just relaxing with a camera and a book. Horseshoe pits and fire rings offer opportunities for memorable fun with the entire gang. Located on property is multiple outdoor firepits. A free fire permit will be needed from local fire department and wood is purchasable during business hours at our office.

The cabin was comfortable for the two of us. I think any more than two would be crowded although we never went up to the loft. The view of the river was great and the lights on the back of the Red Setter were pretty at night.

We were excited to arrive at our one bedroom cabin and it was beautiful! However, when we arrived we were shocked to see it was all open and not a one bedroom like advertised online—pictures were accurate otherwise. We had to have one bedroom and they were quick to put us in a two bedroom open and very helpful. We were disappointed not to have the nicer cabin we had planned on for months. The 2 bedroom was poorly maintained but made our stay now possible. It was rather run down, a bit dirty, no curtains on hooks, no stopper for sink, one bathroom in a laundry and tiny, no usable clock by one bed, no hangers in any closet, deck and outdoor furniture dirty, etc. But thankful we didn’t have to take the long trip back home. Grounds were gorgeous by a creek.

Pros - cabin was very cute and loved the location - just beautiful. I needed to get away from the stress of the city and this did the trick. The cabin was reasonably clean and had everything I needed to just 'stay' in, relax and enjoy the location. Cons - Needs serious updating. Old, worn, and dusty. It could use a 'lift'.
