Rio Vista- Amazing Mountain & River Views Overlooking Beavers Bend! Private!

Perfect stay with even better views

We chose this cabin for our elopement and it was honestly the best decision. The views are breathtaking and the whole place feels so calm and private. The cabin was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable for everyone. It made our elopement weekend unforgettable.

Very secluded and very nice. Three things to share 1) road there is a little curvy and then unpaved but it was fine in our SUV 2) couldn't see other cabins but could once or twice hear them and could hear the boat below a couple times but overall it was like we were all alone. 3) if you walk to the end of the road and cut through the woods you can hike up the river, we went on a 3 mile hike along the west bank of the river and it was awesome (everyone else was on the east side trail).

Second time staying at Rio Vista and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time.

We had a fantastic stay at the Rio Vista! The cabin sits in a beautiful, isolated spot with amazing views all around, yet it’s only a short drive to both Hochatown and Broken Bow. It felt private and peaceful while still being close to restaurants, the lake, and local activities.The cabin itself is very roomy, perfect for our group of six. There was plenty of space to spread out and relax, and the layout made it comfortable for everyone. We especially enjoyed sitting out and taking in the scenery.If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with great views, but still want to be near everything Hochatown and Broken Bow have to offer, this place is a perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again!

Great, spacious property

Rio Vista exceeded our expectations and the online images. The property was so well stocked with kitchen items and provided gorgeous, relaxing views that we changed plans upon arrival to stick up groceries and cook instead of eating out. We hiked directly from the house to Mountain Fork River! Less than 5 min drive to numerous other great trails, like Friends Trail. The house even had a customizable, full house speaker system for you to play music from your phone! Don’t miss out on this property!

Excellent cabin with an amazing view! Kids loved the game room and the hot tub!

If you’re looking for a place to accommodate a large group this cabin is the perfect spot. The views and cabin are a 10/10. Highly recommend!

This property was amazing! We loved the views, seclusion of the property, and layout of the cabin. The only thing we wish someone would have mentioned was the road to the property. It was fairly difficult to navigate in our Honda Odyssey and we would have taken a different car had we known the condition of the road. It is definitely somewhere we will stay again!

Very very enjoyable. Beautiful and quiet.

From beginning to end, this place was fantastic! The check-in and communication was seamless and easy. I cannot say enough good things about the cabin. My husband and I brought our nieces and nephews on a long weekend get-away trip for spring break. Everyone loved it. We will definitely be returning in the near future. The host was awesome as well! It was an overall excellent experience.

forgot how fantastic and comfortable this home was. we certainly enjoyed our stay and we had great communications with Toni. we were lucky enough to have a bit of snow on the ground, the fire pit and bright night sky were amazing. the group agreed b4 we departed we would like to have a third stay very soon.. thanks and looking forward to another stratifying time.

Home is absolutely beaitiful. Plenty of room for 11 folks. Love the upstairs balconies. Love being secluded. We come to Broken Bow about 2x a year, have been doing this for abiut 7 years now..and this cabin is one of our top 5 favorites. Highly reccomend

This trip was with my 3 girls ages 5-2, my pregnant wife, sister in law and parents. It was one of the most relaxing and easy vacations with the family we have had in a while. Highly recommend for families.

Overall beautiful and very secluded, we all had a family time blast! The views were breathtaking and we all enjoyed having pool, cornhole and 4 in a row tournaments and taking turns in the hottub. Two Board Girls was delivered to our cabin 2x and we were so happy we didnt have to leave....until we did. Thank you, we didnt want to leave lol
