Great location and property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bathrooms need upgrading particularly upstairs. Only room for toothbrush on vanity. Need larger television and microwave. Definitely need electrical outlets on kitchen island and living room. Unable to use dining room table because direct sunlight made it too hot. Windows need optional shades. Need roof over porch so it can be used while raining. Not a big deal but popcorn and potato chips under couch (we cleaned that mess up so our dog would eat it. Thanks for having a child gate to keep the dog from going upstairs. And it was super nice to be able to have our family dog there. Mattresses hard. Amazing views and walking distance to river awesome and not too far from Creede or nearby activities. It would help if a few pages of instructions on the TV access to channels etc, and use of boiler. Washer and dryer were great. The cabins insulation was great for holding heat during winter temps. New couch was very comfortable and family room chairs.

We loved the house, the light, the views, and pretty much everything. The kitchen was great and the location was great. Could not ask for more.

It is a short drive to Creede and about an hour from Lake City. Sitting on the porch each evening and morning was our favorite.

We have stayed here many times and just love this place! Creede is such a beautiful, fun town and we had a blast celebrating Oktoberfest. We enjoyed some great hikes too. The house is such a cozy, gorgeous place and the people renting it are so friendly and accommodating.

You just can't imagine from a photo what the river view is like in person!
