Stayed Oct 17, 2025Cabin was very cold upon arrival. Bath tub possibly had black mold on paneling. Beds were uncomfortable. Only two small logs left next to fireplace. No wood outside like was in pics. We were made to purchase a damage insurance policy for 59 which is ridiculous. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Stayed Jul 1, 2025Rest Assured cabin in Big Bear Resort was absolutely perfect! We love to mountain bike and the Chris Cowley trail was exactly 1 mile from the cabin. This magnificent trail ended on Camp 70 Road where many of the famous Davis trails start including Hoodoo and Moon Rocks. When we were not out mountain biking, we were enjoying many amenities of the resort including the recently renovated pool and 9 holes of mini golf. The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful. The cabin itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay top notch. This is a pet friendly cabin and our 2 dogs enjoyed many walks on the trail around the resort and they enjoyed finding a sunny spot on the porch to rest in the great setting. The host of the property is attentive and communicative. There was not one negative thing about our 5 day stay! We made great memories and truly hope to return again!

Stayed Jul 4, 2024I was not entirely happy with the cleanliness of this cabin. For the amount of money one pays each night to stay, for starters AC should be a given. You can't even count the upstairs as a reasonable room to sleep bc you won't get even 15 mins of shut eye with how incredibly hot it is. The fan did nothing to help, so unfortunately we had to use the torn up couch to sleep on bc of this. The basement room is damp and muggy, so that leaves you with really just the floor you walk into as functioning rooms. If you're thinking of paying extra bc it has a jacuzzi tub, DON'T! It does absolutely nothing, no power whatsoever and you honestly might injure yourself using the shower in general bc you have to lean so far back to reach the shower head. When the listing says starter supplies, I expect there to be laundry detergent to wash at least ONE load of towels, but there wasn't. While on the topic of cleaning, I might have kept my mouth shut about having to wash our towels (given theres a cleaning crew), had my experience been even somewhat nice, but again I go back to, when you look at how much it cost per night and you have the audacity to ask someone to supply their own cleaning supplies and wash the towels, thats outrageous. Btw, dont trust any of the supplies. The entire cabinet of starter ingredients are expired. I found some dated 2019. Some cleaning crew this place has. I wouldn't recommend and I wouldn't return.

Stayed May 24, 2024Beautiful location with all the woods and very very clean. My only downside for this place was it wasn’t a true 3 bedroom as 2 of the rooms did not have a 4th wall. Made navigating the space with children very difficult for naps and bedtime. Being multiple sound machines and it can work.
