Such a beautiful place in the middle of nowhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the cabin was better in person than pictures. Would 100% be back

Perfect location for us…our grandson was upset we didn’t bring his fishing gear. The cabin had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Perfect single room cabin for a couple of people! It is very remote, which is what we were looking for. Deer eating 50 yards from us before sunset. Ride atv’s too and from the trails and other attractions. It’s perfect if your looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Make sure you bring everything you need on your way in. Like I said it’s remote!

Our cabin was the perfect retreat for 2 to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was a very tranquil environment. The cabin was quaint and rustic. Exactly what we were looking for. We were provided everything we needed for our stay. The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve stayed on away from home. There are other cabins in the area but they are far enough away that you still feel you have privacy indoors. There are an abundance of hiking, biking and OHV trails nearby. We hiked an 8 mile trail which was absolutely one of my highlights to the trip. One thing to note! A truck or SUV is suggested. This cabin is tucked away in the mountains on dirt roads, which is what makes it so serene. However, on your drive you will drive over creek beds. Some only have a trickle of water and some have more. I guess this all depends on the rain. If you’re looking for time away from it all I highly recommend this cabin.

It was definitely OFF road and totally recommend driving 4x4 to get to the cabin. Overall it was an amazing stay and a most needed getaway.

Cute little cabin! Was worried when babysitting fell through and ended up having my 3 kids come as well but we all ended up fitting in the cabin just fine. Thank you squirrels nest for a great weekend stay!
