Very clean, relaxing and had everything you need!

Property was perfect! Exactly as described, cleanliness and facilities were top notch. Location was great, close to town, but still private as desired! Would definitely stay here again, hopefully soon!

This cabin is a super cozy getaway. Very large cabin for a one bedroom. The outdoor accommodations is the star of the locaion. A super deck sitting area with TV. The firepit is so inviting. The Hot Tub worked very well and is conveniently located right off the bedroom entrance. And being ouside it offers great private views of the area.

Fantastic place for a couple of relaxing days! We took advantage of the hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and the indoor games. Very clean and well stocked, and remote in the woods. Won't be our last visit.

Everything was great, clean, easy, exactly as described.

This cabin was perfect for our family of four! There is a creek that runs through the back and this cabin had so much to keep our two boys entertained! Highly recommend if you are wanting a getaway! So incredibly peaceful and the cabin had all the amenities and things needed, to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Very comfortable, private cabin with plenty of room for two. Great amenities and tons games. Would also be great for a family of four since it has the extra daybed with trundle.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. The cabin was perfect. Very cozy with lots to do. We went there to enjoy snow which turned into a dangerous ice storm. The host went out of her way to allow us to stay to ensure our safety. We were very pleased with our stay and will be back again.

Enjoyable accomodations

This is our second trip to Hochatown, but first visit to the Agape Creek Cabin. We were blown away by the amount of thought and detail put in by the owners. I really don't think they there is anything they overlooked. The cabin is gorgeous, and the amenities are fantastic. Location to in town restaurants and shopping is a quick drive away. We decided to be lazy most of our trip and this is a great place to do it. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and so peaceful. The deck was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings. Inside, everything was comfortable and well cared for, and we especially loved the fun games provided—they made our evenings extra enjoyable. This was the perfect 20th anniversary getaway, and we’d happily stay here again!

We celebrated our 38th anniversary at this cabin and absolutely loved it. Even more beautiful in person, it’s tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac for a peaceful escape. We enjoyed exploring the state park, lake, and antique shops, then relaxing in the hot tub while watching fireflies dance around the deck. Mornings on the deck with birdsong and a light breeze were perfect. I love that everything is labeled and that the host even provided ingredients for smores and plenty of games and activities for families.The cabin guide answered most questions, and Tara was quick to respond to one simple question I had about the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect; wonderful huge windows and perfectly wooded view! Everything was neat and clean and thoughtfully equipped. We loved all the games just relaxing on the deck.

My husband and I treated ourselves for a week at this cabin for our 25th wedding anniversary. We had an amazing time and got the relaxation and decompression we needed. We stayed in some and just relaxed as well as spent some days hiking, boating, kayaking and such. We enjoyed the games, fire pit, and most definitely the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Went up for a couple of peaceful nights and wanted to stay in a nice cabin and do some exploring. This one did not disappoint. Well decorated and cozy. Nice location among the trees and the creek out back. Would definitely recommend.

Agape Creek cabin was just like staying in a tree house. Views of the trees while sitting on couch was a great way to see spring coming alive. Patio is large & enjoyed eating outside & hot tub. Cabin was clean & very comfortable. Close to lots of restaurants and entertainment. Hosts were very responsive only needed them for one small issue.

We had a great time celebrating our Anniversary! This was our 2nd trip to the area. Last year we celebrated our 25th , but the weather didn’t allow us to explore all of the things we wanted. Jon & Tara were perfect hosts! They were in constant touch and wanted to ensure we had everything needed. Outstanding home and we would highly recommend to anyone wanting an escape to the area!

The property met all expectations and was a warm and inviting environment in which we celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary. The most exceptional part of this stay was the owner's attentiveness and support. We arrived just as snow began to fall--LOTS of snow (9 inches). We were essentially snowed-in and unable to leave the premises. This was not a problem due to the accommodations and some advanced planning by my wife (who anticipated we might need food for the entire stay--which we did). However, the owner did check on us multiple times throughout the stay to be sure that we were ok in the conditions. On the day of our scheduled departure, the snow was still quite deep and our exit route included a significant incline that prevented neighbors on each side, who had 4-wheel drive vehicles, from departing on schedule. The owners, at their own expense (though we did offer to contribute), paid to have the road cleared so that we could safely leave the property. This was an exceptional capstone to an exceptional weekend, that could have been a real disaster. I would highly encourage others to consider this property--I know the owners will make sure that your experience is positive. They not only named the property appropriately, but they practice Agape love to their guests. We were and are most grateful.
