Rainbow's End | Spacious + Mountain Views & Hot Tub, Game Room!

We were a family of 8 that really enjoyed the large space and got to use all the amenities...hot tub, pool table,.etc etcBeautiful home and amazing large windows to enjoy the views. it was exactly as the pics described!

Pros:-Bedrooms are nice and secluded-House is spacious overall-Loved the hot tub-Proximity to town is greatCons:-The property is much less private than shown in photos-Every indoor and outdoor balcony railing is very loose feeling-The mattresses are very cheap and very uncomfortable -Only 1 towel per person provided-Very low stock for other items (dishwasher pods, toilet paper, dishes, cups)-Pool table is uneven and ripped up-Pool cues are awful and broken, also no chalk-Sofas are gross and ripped up on some of the cushions-Endless unmarked light switches throughout the home-Upstairs shower/tub water pressure is awful-Previous guest's hair in upstairs showers-One of the upstairs showers drips nonstop-Only one handle works in one of the upstairs bathroom sinks-No Wifi signal in upstairs left bedrooom-One of the upstairs bedroom doors will not close all the way

We recently stayed at this cabin in the mountains and overall had a great experience. The cabin was very spacious and just as described in the listing—the rooms looked exactly like the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. Its location is also a big plus—only a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.We did run into a few minor issues during our stay, but the property management was responsive and took care of them quickly, which we really appreciated. One thing to note is that there isn’t a true mountain view except from one of the rooms, so if that’s a priority for you, keep that in mind.A few small suggestions: having clear instructions for the TV would have been helpful, as we had trouble figuring it out. We also couldn’t get the hot tub to heat up properly, which was a bit disappointing. It also would’ve been nice if the cabin had menus or recommendations for local places to eat and nearby delivery options—it would have made dining decisions much easier. In terms of comfort, a recliner in the living room would be a great addition, and the mattress in the lower right bedroom is definitely due for a replacement.Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and with a few thoughtful updates, this cabin could be even better!

Beautiful house and property manager communicated very well when we had issues

We were in 4 couples. The good thing is that all bedrooms are exactly the same with baths. The common area was comfortable for all. Points to improve Is to have a air fryer and decent wine glasses. I needed to go out to buy my own. But overall, we had a lots of fun!! Management was always answering promptly. 5 stars for them!!

The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed but the hot tub on the deck was very dirty and cloudy and we could not use it and my party and me was disappointed in not being able to use it throughout our trip.

We stayed here late July 2024 be warned if you are staying here in the next six -12 months, as there is construction going on dawn to dusk next door and the noise is relentless. Would have loved to have know that before arriving. Felt stuck at that point. Too bad.

The house was amazing and perfect for 4 couples. I had a couple of minor repair issues and they were addressed immediately. The maintenance gentleman was professional, efficient and very friendly.

The cabin was very nice a few things needed attention but as soon as i called they sent maintenance over almost immediately. The things that needed attention were fixed. Beautiful home.

The house itself is great, it includes all the facilities, it even has a new year tree in February (which we really liked LOL). The cabin is very spacious, I felt with younger kids it could include more than eight people. The interior is designed with all that mounting spirit you want to feel when on vacation. And the hot tub was a complementary but perfectly allocated facility we and our friends really liked! Some things to improve: I’m not sure why but someone’s pictures were set in the leaving room and bedrooms. It was confusing to me. Also the bedrooms on the left side were colder than all the other rooms. And it would be great if some minor kitchen things like sugar, tea, coffee could be included.In general: the experience about our stay was great, the distance from the town - 8-12 minutes. I would recommend to try this place and wish could come back next time!
