Stayed Dec 28, 2025Wonderful home with all of the comforts! Shirt drive into Breckenridge and reasonable drive to Vail. We loved skiing and spending time with family in a warm and inviting home. Susanne was wonderful and always responded promptly, although things were so well taken care of we did not have any reason to reach out until we checked out!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Amazing location, in walking distance to hiking. My family loved the hot tub and we all had plenty of space. The kitchen was not very clean though, but other than that, we had a nice stay.

Stayed Jun 27, 2023My husband and I are horrible vacation planners but managed to snag this property at the very last minute! We booked it on a Saturday and arrived on the following Tuesday and everything was perfect when we arrived. The home is beautiful, the view is spectacular and the host was very easy to communicate with. We loved it and will definitely go back! Thank you!!

The host, Suzanne, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and had great ideas for ways to make our stay amazing. Stayed Mar 1, 2023This was the perfect cabin for our annual ski trip. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed being out from town a bit. It was a simple drive to get into Breck and not too bad to Vail. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jan 1, 2023Beautiful private home in the mountains. House is located about 10-15 minutes outside of Breckenridge in a community called Blue River. Suzanne was a wonderful host who was easy to communicate with. Only advice is to take Suzanne’s advice about altitude sickness to heart. House is at an elevation of 10,800 feet, and we all felt the altitude on this trip to Breckenridge.
