Inside the Cabin
Step into a warm and inviting space featuring a plush king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious jetted jacuzzi tub, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area. Wind down with your favorite shows on the HDTV with full Comcast cable, or stay connected with high-speed internet—ideal for Zoom calls or streaming.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home: refrigerator, microwave, electric range, and dishwasher. We provide all towels and linens, plus a washer and dryer for your convenience.

On cool mountain evenings, curl up by the wood-burning stone fireplace (firewood not included). Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine in the screened-in porch, or melt away stress in the private hot tub. There's also a propane grill ready for cookouts under the trees.

Know Before You Go

For your security, a floodlight camera is located on the front of the cabin facing the parking area and front door.
Firewood is not provided for the wood-burning fireplace.
Stairs are minimal as the cabin is on a single level and accessible via a paved driveway.
The screened-in porch and hot tub are perfect for year-round use.
Booking Tips

Weekends and holidays book fast—consider planning a few months ahead for peak seasons.
If you plan to cook, feel free to bring your favorite ingredients—basic cookware and appliances are already here.
Don’t forget your bathing suit for the hot tub and comfy shoes for exploring the mountains!

You will have the entire cabin and property to yourself.

You will receive a personalized door lock code prior to your arrival on your reserved check-in day. The lock code will be changed after your check-out time so please ensure you have removed all of your personal belongings prior to check-out.

Your “Welcome Email” will arrive approximately 24 hours prior to your check-in time and will include your door code, wifi information, a list of nearby restaurants and attractions, rules of the cabin and any other relevant information.

Your “Goodbye Email” will arrive approximately 24 hours prior to your check-out time and will include any specific cleaning and check-out instructions and a genuine “Thank You” for your time spent with us.

The fully-paved roads leading to Americana are steep in some locations. You should not have any trouble traveling them during the vast majority of the year but we cannot guarantee the roads will not accumulate ice or snow during adverse weather conditions. Please check the weather prior to your trip departure and plan accordingly. We will not offer refunds for weather related road conditions that are out of our control.

*We recommend purchasing Travelers Insurance to protect your vacation purchase. Low cost options can be found through a variety of providers.

-A “starter kit” of paper goods and toiletries will be provided. You may need to purchase more for longer stays.

-This cabin is located in the middle of the woods. There may be bugs/critters/wildlife associated with a forest environment. Rest assured that we strive to keep the inside of the cabin a bug-free zone.

-You may see black bears! Remember they are wild animals and you should maintain a safe distance from them at all times.

-No early check-in or late check-out times allowed. Our housecleaner runs on a tight schedule and needs an adequate amount of time to ensure the house is cleaned to our guests satisfaction.

-No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/or other naturally or unnaturally occurring events that are beyond our control.

-The hot tub will be cleaned and refilled after each guests use. We kindly ask that you do not use any oils or other additives in the hot tub. These cause issues with the heating element and pump. Any damage costs caused by oils or other additives during your stay will be your responsibility.
