Stayed Dec 29, 2025This home was absolutely perfect for our two families. Three kids ages 8 to 11 entertained themselves for hours in the arcade. The rooms were great and we all felt like we had our own space. Kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely rent this cabin again if we were to return. Notes for future renters: the indoor pool is not heated, it is just indoors. The fireplaces are pretty but do not put out any heat.

Stayed Nov 21, 2025The cabin was clean. Everything worked. Game room and pool were great. Kids really enjoyed it. Overall was a good value and we had a great stay.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025The cabin was wonderful!! There were lots of pros/cons! First I will start with the fact that the cabin that’s one this site is the one I was SUPPOSED to stay at not thw one I ACTUALLY stayed at. The reason for the switch was they emailed me and let me know the deck was out for repair and therefore the hot tub was not be accessible. We really wanted the hot tub so we asked to switch cabins. As it’s summer there weren’t many available. So I finally found one. It was much cheaper than this one but the person I talked to originally never said anything about a refund. Next day I called and they lady wondered why I wasn’t offered a refund as well and set that up for me. The cabin I stayed at was the Zipadee Dipadee View. It has 4 bedrooms 6 bathrooms and has a hot tub, pool and theater room. It was beautiful!! We really enjoyed it. The one downfall was it didn’t have the view of the mountains in the summer because of the trees. ProsBeautiful cabinEasily directions to cabin and check inConsHorrible customer service…. Let me explain. The numbers they have puts you on hold and then hangs up after being on hold for 10 minutes. This is even during business hours. If you need someone after business hours don’t hold your breath. Depending on who I talked to they were rude. Trying to have VRBO contact the host didn’t get me any response any sooner. For this reason if I could rate the host I would give them a 1 star. The 4 stars is for the cabin it self.

Stayed Jul 1, 2025We were so excited to stay at this cabin. Unfortunately the day before our trip we were informed that we were not able to use the deck that has the grill, hot tub, and views. The only thing offer was for us to spend more money for a different cabin or less then 10% of our money back. Communication with cabins for you was not good and met with attitude.

Stayed Nov 10, 2024We loved this cabin in Seiverville, TN! Very close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Roomy 4 bedrooms, each bedroom had its own bathroom. Kids loved the fun game room, private indoor pool (pool towels provided), hot tub on deck and we all loved the amazing views! Played on the pool table every day! Beautiful kitchen for preparing meals!
