Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our stay at Blackberry Springs. When we had an appliance issue, they were prompt to respond and get it taken care of. Only downside really was the pool water temperature. It was a little cool, but our stay was in February so... :) Would defiantly recommend and may even try a larger cabin this summer for our family!

We want to come back again and stay! I even hate to put this I hear but the only critique (which shouldn’t sway anyone from booking this lovely cabin) is the cabin lacked enough pillows. The pillows were pretty flat. This is a personal preference but we do wish we had more pillows than what was provided.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My girlfriend and I just spent a week in the Blackberry Springs cabin. We absolutely loved the cabin and hated to leave. The cabin was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. The king bed was comfortable and the master bath was excellent. This cabin actually has a 1/2 bath in the pool room, which was a huge plus for us. The pool itself was a little on the cold side, but it was only 30°F outside during our stay. There is a mini split in the pool room that keeps the air temperature around 75°F-80°F. We used the hot tub more , but hope to return during the warmer months so we can get more use out of the pool.We had a surprise on our last night when loading up the car. A bear came passed by our cabin.

The proximity to the amazing arts & crafts community gives you something to do (should you be able to pull yourself away from the cabin) without the hustle & bustle of traffic. There are several very interesting shops & artisans that you would be remiss to pass up seeing. The only thing about the cabin we wished was different is that you couldn't adjust the heat in the pool room. I understand that it helps keep the pool warm but it can be a little stifling in there. Overall amazing & very relaxing stay

All of the instructions for the cabin were very clear and helpful. The pool and hot top were amazing, especially with the projector and sound system in the pool room. Will definitely stay with elk springs again in the future.

The location of our cabin was close enough to town but yet far out enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. The cabin had many great features from an indoor pool to hot tub to a deck with rocking chairs.

We took a 2 year old and 4 year old they loved the house and of course pool. I did wish there was a gate at the top of the stairs because it is directly across from the back door and worried they would fall coming in and out.

Reviewer Comments: It is nice for couple to stay and relax but it was little disappointed about few ants crawl by the pool and on kitchen counter and also there was small area for parking by cabin. It is not far from Gatlinburg downtown. We enjoyed the tours at Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
