Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great communication leading up to the stay. Too much room for two people. The beds were very comfortable, the loft bed especially. TVs are seriously outdated, they need to update to smart tvs that are larger for their guests and space provided.

Reviewer Comments: we arrived @ 4:30 maintinance wass waiting to get in to work on pool door lock. waterfall did not work they could not fix it. so it did not work this was one of the selling points the pool was not heated. the cabin was nice also the upstairs bedroom had no table or chairs to set on. the pool was the big thing it was very disapointing

The pool started messing up the day before we left, I called the office(very late in the evening), and she reported it to maintenance. They were going to come out the next morning to fix it and we were leaving. Very quick to respond to my call though. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this unit to family or friends. All amenities are within a few minutes drive. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait until next year to come back.

I had problems with the grill the staff was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. Over all it was a great experience. We would most defiantly stay here again. Thanks Elk Springs Resort

The private pool was awesome and we enjoyed the hot tub every evening, especially after or 5 mile hike in the Smokies! Would recommend this place to anybody and everybody.

From swimming to getting in the hot tub, playing pool, to just relaxing on one of the decks.

The knives need replaced, only one wine glass and one margarita glass, and several of the drinking glasses are cracked (so drink Carefully). The pool was very small. You really couldn't swim because of the size.

Reviewer Comments: The cabin is nice, but the hot tub didn’t look clean, there were brown rings around the edge of it and bugs in it, the pool was the same way. The extra blanket upstairs smelled like it has never been washed, smelled like body odor. There was a couple pieces of toilet paper left in the floor upstairs upon arrival. The bedding needs washed. If cleaned up, I would recommend it.

Clean and cozy cabin with large bathrooms and we especially enjoyed the pool table on the bottom floor. Great location just away from the Pigeon Forge strip but very easy access to all attractions.
