Private Mountain Log Cabin Cabin 3 Miles North Of Ouray

The cabin brought back great memories of my mom & stepdad, who totally enjoyed rustic items and a good ole wood stove.

The property was lovely, and driving to nearby hikes, towns, activities, spa/pools was easy.

Everything was as advertised. Clean, comfortable. Beautiful area. Would definitely stay again.

This cozy little cabin was perfect for my wife and me. The view is amazing and it's a great, quiet area removed from the busier areas of town. Carl responded quickly to a question we had prior to check in and was very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

WOW. This was so spectacular perfect location. The cabin was warm and cozy. Clean and had everything we needed. We will stay again. Loved it.

A beautiful and well equipped log cabin on the side of a mountain. Very comfortable bed! The yard and the flower baskets were well cared for. Saw hummingbirds and Phoenix moths each morning. Turkeys visited a couple of times. We loved the different outdoor sitting areas. The breakfast nook was a special to eat looking out at the beautiful vista. You can also sit in living room and look out and see the mountains. Ouray is known as Little Switzerland of America. Surrounded by majestic mountains. Highly recommend cabin. We plan to return.

Fairly secluded location, with great views, very close to Ouray and Ridgeway. Rustic decor. Wonderful 2 level deck, with dining table, sun umbrellas, and comfortable chairs. Two covered balconies with great views.

We love coming here. So nice and peaceful. The cabin is perfect and super clean and cute!!! We will be back next year !!!!

We have stayed at Brown Cabin several times and absolutely love it!

We enjoyed this cute, quiet cabin. It's conveniently located shortly outside of Ouray, allowing easy access to both Ridgway and Ouray as well as many hiking trails in the area.

Lovely vintage cabin on a bluff looking down the Uncompahgre River Valley. Used as our base for attending the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. Hard to find a more beautiful commute.

This was our 2nd stay at the property and enjoy the cabin. Its perfect for two people and the cabin is clean.

It's hard to imagine that this jewel is just barely off the highway. You really feel much further back into the mountains. The views are spectacular! The hidden porch, which we didn't know anything about before arriving, was awesome. Another spot to enjoy the views from. Late September was an ideal time to enjoy the color changes all around. If in Ouray, or even close, I would definitely opt to stay at this cabin! I shouldn't be telling anyone about it! Must hoard for myself. Kidding. Stay here!

Great for two people. Good views off the decks. This place has everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

The Brown Cabin is in a great location. It is surrounded by mountains and trees, has a nice size yard, great decks, nicely decorated, clean, well maintained. It was everything that we were looking for in the Ouray area.

This is a very charming and comfortable cabin that’s situated just perfectly right outside of town with views that are simply amazing.

This is the 3rd consecutive year we have escaped the Texas heat, 100°++!, in the Brown Cabin! It is feeling like our home away from home! Who would think a mountain cabin comes with a large lawn, manicured to perfection.? A nice kitchen, bathroom and comfortable bed make our stay a bit on the perfect side. Watching the sun set over the mountain range from the spacious deck wraps up each evening! We look forward to our stay each year.!

This is a lovely property with fabulous views and really great outdoor spaces. It is close to Ouray but remote enough to be quiet. I would definitely stay again.
