A fantastic place for a large family/group gathering. We have not found a better place. If able, you should stay here. The host is also very helpful and kind.

Amazing place to stay

We booked this cabin for the week for my daughter’s wedding so the family could stay together. It was not clean. The mat in a couple of bathrooms was so dirty the edges were gray and black (rug was light blue). We found an egg pan under the sink that had not been washed along with other dishes. I walked around inside with no shoes or in socks and my feet bottoms were black in a matter of an hour. The meat masher was in the top draw with grease and meat still stuck to it like someone used it and put it right back. Most of the pans were dirty. There are improvements that can be done. We had to buy water all week just to brush our teeth and cook. After the shower, you smelled like rotting eggs. It was cloudy. Not your fault…but! The listing said basic cleaning supplies. It had starter packs of dishwashing soap and laundry detergent. No windex! The glass on many surfaces was not clean. Kitchen cabinet glass had food on them. All the upper windows need cleaning.The pool is nice but we had to use the key the entire week because the code didn’t work. It claims it is heated. It was not.Game room was super nice!!!!! Good job on that!!! Pillows were all flat and no cases to be found anywhere. Not all beds had extra sheets. This cabin claims it can sleep 34. It can not. Needs bigger oven for 34 people

This place is beautiful. We booked this cabin for our daughter's wedding. So much space for all our friends and family. Would stay here again.

We traveled with family and friends of all ages and everyone had an amazing time. The cabin was clean and family friendly. The kitchen was fully stocked and made meals easy to make! The kids enjoyed playing in the arcade and swimming in th pool! We had no issues at all with check in or checkout. Host was very responsive and helped with all of our needs! We will be back again!

This home is beautiful and very well supplied with any ammenities. Host was very responsive to any requests. We would definitely return again!

An amazing cabin…well stocked kitchen and bathroom; easy check-in…we had a great week…

We had 19 people stay at the house of all ages. The location and view was perfect.The house needed TLC to say the least.No water pressure all week. One person at a time showered. Dishwasher and laundry could not be going at same time.House initially smelled of sewage. Empty chemical containers stored in closet near game room all week was hazardous.We learned from maintenance that these issues have happened previously without proper changes. Property manager was responsive and maintenance tried to help but root cause was never remedied. We are saddened to give such a poor review. We have had much better experiences in the past staying in the beautiful Smokies in that area.

Had a great stay with our adult children’s families. There were only ten of us, so a lot more house than we needed. Our grandchildren are 2-10 and they loved the pool and the arcade room. The front yard was a big hit also with the kids and the dogs. My favorite thing was sitting on the front porch on the swing. What a great way to begin the day. The neighborhood is nice and we enjoyed walking the dogs there. Not much traffic. Quiet. A bear ran through the yard one day, but no bother. The location is very convenient to the park and not that far from Pigeon Forge. Property manager very responsive.

We had a wonderful time. There was so much for our teens to do. Thank you!

Was as pretty as the pictures

The property was just as described! Perfect for families. The mountain view is gorgeous. I wished it would have been warm enough to sit on the front porch in all the rocking chairs to take it all in. Rhoda, the host, was amazing with communication.

We spent the weekend here with our youth group. Everyone loved it! There was an issue that arose (beyond owner’s control) and they were so quick to help and get everything up and running for us. We were so pleased with the communication and ease of the trip. They were awesome! The cabin is spacious and beautifully designed. Highly recommend!

Everything was as listed and we didn’t encounter any problems whatsoever. We arrived after dark but the house was prepped really well for us and easy to find. Lights were on inside and out, house was warm, and inviting. We also noted the house was really clean and no weird smells which is important to me. Thanks for a lovely stay! :)

Brought our kids and grandkids for a late Christmas getaway. This place had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend with our family. We asked the owner about one item we didn’t find and they had the item that we inquired about delivered the following day. That’s service. You can’t go wrong with this beautiful home.

Wonderful cabin for the entire family!!! Lots of room and tons of games to keep everyone occupied. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this cabin!!!

Property enjoyable with many things to do

The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we need and then some. Our whole family loved it & we are planning on booking here for next years vacay. The owners were very helpful & prompt with any questions we had.

This was a last minute booking due to the flooding in Asheville and we couldn't have been more pleased. Nice property with plenty of space and very close to Pigeon Forge. The indoor pool and large yard was a very nice amenity for our kids. Very pleased with the overall experience.

The property was better than expected! We held our church men's retreat here and it was perfect! Location is great for going out to area attractions and then coming back for a relaxing time to fellowship. All the amenities this has to offer make it the perfect getaway for gatherings.

We had a great stay. The house was clean when we arrived, which is always nice. The host had great communication whenever we had questions. Checkout was very easy compared to some other hosts. FYI, the air hockey button is hard to find. It is a small black button located behind one of the black goal pockets. The location is great. It was a 20minute drive to most places in Pigeon Forge. Goats on the Roof is about 10 minutes away. The property is located in a quiet valley with nice views. There is a gas station, some food trucks, coffee shops, and small souvenir stores located within a 5 minute drive of the house. Overall, we loved our stay.

The overall experience with this cabin was fantastic. The host was great answering messages when I had questions, I would highly recommended this cabin for any large group!
