Stayed Jan 17, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we were overall impressed with the cottage. However, upon further inspection, we found the cottage dusty, bathroom fixtures rusty and overall the cottage was outdated. On the second night the heater stopped working during a frigid night. The next day we called the rental agency and we were moved to another cottage, the Celtic. The Celtic was so much more comfortable and updated. The next time we will definitely request the Celtic.

Stayed Jan 5, 2025Simple, Private and cozy. Would have liked to have some spices available for food. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed seeing deer in front of property. Management was quick to respond to needs and questions. Overall a wonderful experience. Would come again!

The accommodations were above and beyond and everything was even nicer than the pictures. We highly recommend! The privacy of the property was great and we welcomed all the deer and wildlife! Stayed Jun 14, 2024The cabin was great from start to finish. Check in was easy. Great place for a couples getaway and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing and having a couple of drinks. Just far enough out of town for peace and quiet but still close enough to enjoy what Fredericksburg has to offer. We will definitely stay again.
