Wanderlust Cabin is located in Nantahala Village Resort. The resort is a small resort with a lodge that has a few rooms and about 20 cabins. This is one of the original cabins from the 50’s. It is more comfortable for a couple (2 people).The cabin is an entire, stand alone cabin with a yard. Not a duplex. The cabin is convenient to everything but just far enough off the road to relax. The hot tub and fire pit were the bling-bling to this gem, which was located near everything, but excluded enough for privacy. Thanks for sharing your little slice of heaven among the mountains!

Stayed Jul 26, 2025First night we found needles in one of the blankets the place stayed hot no matter what the units were set at hot tub was cloudy but other than that it was very nice lol location was amazing water pressure was amazing bed was extremely comfortable we loved that we could move the tvs around

Stayed Dec 20, 2024This cabin is in a great location and was very clean. We stayed here while visiting Bryson City to go on The Polar Express. The cabin is close to the train station and is also close to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We hiked Tom Branch Falls and Juney Whank Falls. The cabin has a nice hot tub that is very relaxing on cold nights and mornings. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone visiting the area!!!

Stayed Nov 22, 2024We had a little snafu with the door code that’s why I gave 3 stars for check in process. But it was handled quickly by VRBO call center and the owner. The bed was super comfy and the house was very clean. The hot tub was a nice bonus! And the decor was adorable! I would recommend this cabin to anyone wanting a short getaway!

Stayed Oct 7, 2024Came out here to enjoy the area that we had never visited. Our hosts communicated immediately with each question we had, mostly due to the nearby hurricane disaster area and access to the Bryson City area. The cabin was driving the Tail of the Dragon to riding the train in Bryson to ZipLine under the trees. The cabin was immaculate with everything you need from coffee to a hot tub. Now that we have discovered this area AND this cabin we look forward to returning again next year. It was a wonderful stay and our hosts played a major part in that great memory. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Such a cute cottage and had everything we needed . We loved feeling remote but still close to things. Only complaints would be the bed. We felt like the box spring was broke or mattress was just worn in. One side of the bed was falling when we laid on it which made for a little bit of uncomfortable sleeping but we loved the cabin entirely other than this minor inconvenience
