With four inviting bedrooms, an additional sleeping area, and 3.5 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests. The spacious open-concept kitchen, complete with high ceilings, stainless steelappliances, and a large island, is perfect for shared meals and conversation. Just beyond, the cozy living area offers plenty of seating, making it an ideal spot to relax after a day of exploring the great outdoors.

Step outside, and you'll find a private oasis built for fun and relaxation. The expansive covered deck features a fireplace, a hot tub, an outdoor TV, and plenty of seating for soaking in the fresh mountain air. Fire up the grill for a delicious cookout, challenge friends and family to a game of cornhole or horseshoes, or enjoy a friendly match at the covered ping pong porch. The highlight of the outdoor space is undoubtedly the private heated pool, perfect for swimming no matter the season. And as the evening settles in, gather around the fire pit for s’mores, laughter, and unforgettable moments under a sky full of stars.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our cabin is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFORMATION ★
The best option for EV charging is at the Choctaw Casino, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Please note this property does NOT have an EV Charger.

★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We are thrilled to share our slice of nature with you! Because this home is nestled in the heart of the woods, please keep in mind that you are visiting a thriving ecosystem.
*** Wildlife: It is common to see deer, turkeys, and squirrels. Occasionally, larger wildlife like raccoons may pass through. Please keep all food indoors and dispose of trash in the secured bins provided.
*** The Bug Factor: We maintain a professional pest control schedule; however, the occasional spider, beetle, ladybug, wasp, or woodland friend may find their way inside, especially during rain or seasonal changes.
*** Pro Tip: Keeping doors and screens closed will help keep the great outdoors exactly where it belongs—outdoors!

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels

- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use of the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October-March.

This property is located off a gravel road. No charging station available.


***** General Pool Policy *****
- Pool heat must be turned on or off for the entire stay (cannot be adjusted daily).
- Pool heating must be requested and paid at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival.
- Please note: Pool heaters can generally only increase the water temperature by about 30°F above the outside air temperature.

*** Late Requests ***
- Requests made within 48 hours of arrival or after check-in will be subject to a $50 surcharge.
- Last-minute pool heating requests can only be handled between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

*** Fees & Refunds ***
- Pool heating fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of running the pool heater, regardless of weather conditions or usage.

*** Weather Limitations ***
- If the outside temperature drops below 32°F at night, pool heating will not be available.
- Pool heaters are not equipped to operate in freezing conditions, and requests during such times will be declined.
