The host was amazing! She answered every question we had and found solutions for us when needed. We loved our stay an would definitely recommend her as a host. We had our wedding here and it was amazing!

We got married at The Magnolia up the road, and this cabin was the perfect place for our group to stay. The location couldn’t have been better—close to the venue yet private and peaceful. It was great for a large group, with plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained and space for adults to relax. Kristine, the host, was wonderful to work with and always quick to respond to our messages. Highly recommend this cabin for anyone visiting the area!

Our stay was ABSOLUTELY AMAZONG! We went for my SILs bachelorette party! The house was beautiful and very clean! There were 11 of us and we each had our own bed. The bunk room was so cute, we had a set of twins with us and they loved the room. They only knew the bride and each other so the fact that they got to stay in a room attached to the bride's made them feel much more comfortable! We loved everything that there was to offer and the host was very responsive when we were checking in and had a wifi problem. All was fixed and it was super close to pigeon forge (10min drive) and 25-30min from the gatlinburg parkway! We will definitely be staying here again when we go to pigeon forge again. I also loved that it wasn’t super high up in the mountains! Thank you for everything, Kris!

Our family trip to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and all the attractions was made even better because of this creek side spacious home. We all had plenty of room to enjoy family as well as private time! The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking for a large group. The location was terrific enabling an easy commute to the National Park, Dollywood, and all of the many other offerings in this area.

What an amazing rental, we were a mixed age group and there was something for everyone! Our host was outstanding, the creek side location was so peaceful. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was huge no one felt like there were on top of each other, this was an amazing place. We vote every year on which place has been our favorite and this one - size, location and amenities is at the top of the list!

Our group of 12 found this home to be perfect for us. There were many great touches that made us feel welcome and instantly at home. Location is perfect - secluded, but with easy access to Pigeon Forge.

The home was perfectly set next to a flowing creek making our stay very relaxing and peaceful. Kris was so helpful throughout the entire process. If you reserve this home check all the details to save on packing because this place had literally everything except sugar and trash bags, you really don’t need to pack anything! I would stay and again and tell all my friends!

Our family stayed here Spring 2025. The house can accommodate far more people than we had with us, so great for reunions and events. We loved spending the day sitting in the small creek with lawn chairs, grilling outside, and exploring the surrounding areas. We liked that the home was far enough away from the Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge madness that it felt secluded and rural, but was only a 10-15 minute drive into town. Great jumping off point to explore the mountains as well. The only issue we had was that the house likely gets a lot of heavy use (understandably), and there were a few maintenance items that hadn't gotten attention in a while, but the host is responsive and close by, and that's all you can ask for in a vacation rental. Great place to stay!

House is a nice place, clean, big area to play for kids and adults, comfortable and cozy, big parking area, pets enjoyed playing in the big yard area , we definitely will rent this house at future . Thanks Kris for your attention

Thank you for to Kris for sharing your beautiful home with my family of 19. We have stayed in many rentals over the past 13 years for our annual trips to Pigeon Forge. I must say we have never stayed in one where every detail was so well thought out and planned for. It was a clean, spacious property in a beautiful location. It was stocked beyond what one could even imagine. You were the most attentive host and went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best experience ever, which we did! Our only disappointment was that the house was not decorated for Christmas (I failed to ask in advance because I read reviews from past Decembers that described the beautiful decorations.) Your home is one that we would definitely recommend to others and would love to visit again! Thanks Kris!

This property worked really well for our needs. We just got married in Pigeon Forge and reserved this house for family. There was plenty of space for everyone without it feeling crowded. The kids loved the yard, creek and the garage that is packed wiith different kid toys for varying ages, and a pool table. The only complaint which isn’t a deal breaker, is that the beds are pretty loud as you're getting in and out or adjusting. That seems to be common in rentals, though, so no points deducted. I would still recommend this house. Kris was great to work with and was very responsive when we needed something. The horses next door that you got to pet were an added bonus.

We had our wedding in the national park and needed a place to stay for the as well as host our reception at. We chose here and could not have been happier with the place. Only slight negative is that the AC/HVAC unit is very loud when running so if you’re a lite sleeper bring ear plugs.

This house gave us more than our dream wedding venue! It was absolutely GORGEOUS, the house was perfect to have our friends and family stay all together comfortably. They had everything you could possibly imagine for a vacation for children, adults, elderly and handicap. The property alone is just breathtaking. We are planning to do a family Christmas (maybe next year) at this same house ?? Kris is a wonderful host, great communication and we could not have asked for more!!! Thank you so much!!!

We had a wonderful time with our family at this huge and beautiful house and property. Extremely easy to get to and from town with ample parking. We felt like we were home there. Very relaxed and even went next door to ride horses. Thank you for the great experience.

I can’t say enough about our stay! This was our 1st big family vacation with 29 of us!! Kris was so helpful with any questions we had. The home was beautiful and so well thought out! We found that the toys and kitchen items we brought were not needed….EVERYTHING was there!! Our family asked that this become our annual vacation spot, so we will be back!!❤️
