Tucked on a private acre in Pine Hills North, this modern cabin was designed for the trips people actually remember, the ones with late nights around the fire, kids (and adults) squealing at the creek, friendly dogs napping on the deck, and everyone fighting over the arcade machine. This is where your group stops scrolling and starts actually being somewhere together.

What makes Mint To Be different:
Your private seasonal creek is the first thing kids run to and the last thing they want to leave. Splash, wade, skip stones, and explore, it's a natural playground unlike anything you'll find at a typical Hochatown cabin.

The outdoor oasis is where the magic lives: a gated pool with loungers, a covered hot tub deck with an outdoor Smart TV and gas grill, a fire pit for s'mores and stargazing, a hammock strung under the trees, and cornhole under string lights. You could spend three days out here and never want to go inside.

When you do head in, the great room pulls you in with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows bright, open, and built for a crowd. The chef's kitchen has everything for a real group meal, and the dining table seats the whole crew.

Both king suites are true retreats each with luxury linens, a Smart TV, and a private ensuite featuring a deep soaking tub and oversized tiled shower. The loft bunk room upstairs handles the rest with a twin-over-full bunk, a twin bed, and a sleeper sofa plenty of space for the younger crowd (or the ones who sleep like them).

Then there's the 60-game retro arcade console. Pac-Man tournaments. Friendly arguments. Rematches. You know how this goes. Mint To Be isn't just a name. It's a vibe. Come find yours.

Mint To Be is a modern, design-forward cabin on a private 1-acre lot secluded enough to feel like a true escape, but just minutes from everything Hochatown has to offer.

Age requirement: 25+ to book; booking guest must be present for the entire stay
Rental agreement: Required to finalize your reservation
Security hold: A credit card is required for a refundable hold (a pending transaction, not a charge)

BRINGING YOUR DOGS
We love welcoming well-behaved dogs to Mint To Be!
Dogs only (no other pets), up to 2 total
Pet fee: $75 per dog, per stay
Please let us know at the time of booking if you're bringing pets
Dogs must be house-trained and kept off furniture
Dogs may not be left unattended inside or outside
Guests are responsible for cleanup and any damage caused

Pool Heat Available (September–May): $75/night. Must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in and applies to the entire stay. Target temperature: 80–84°F.

Pool heating is not available June–August.

Pool maintenance: Professionally serviced every Tuesday and Friday. A skimmer net is provided for debris between cleanings totally normal in a wooded setting.
