Private Cozy Lodge | Game Room, Playset, Creek

This was the perfect house for our girls weekend getaway. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The porch bed swing and the game table (where we played lots of mahjong) made for a perfect retreat. The directions were spot on, and were easy to follow despite some missing street signs. The only drawback were the neighborhood roads which were quite rough, so pay attention to the potholes!. All in all, a beautiful house with a fabulous layout, in a beautiful area! Would definitely stay there again!

This house was beautiful and comfortable, with a very well stocked kitchen. We loved the game table and fire pit most of all! A perfect getaway for our family!

The house was beautiful and we loved being tucked into the trees. We could easily cook in the kitchen and on the grill. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Perhaps everyone's favorite was spending time out on the swinging porch bed! The house was close to fun hikes and good food. All around it was the perfect place to celebrate!

This property is wonderful. The layout gave everyone their own place for some respite while the well appointed kitchen allowed everyone to congregate without tripping over eachother. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable. The game room upstairs provided entertainment for the kids giving them their own space. The view is serene and lovely.

We brought out the turtle box and jammed to tunes while lounging in the hot tub! The beds were so comfortable and one night it rained on the tin roof. Talk about good sleeping. The shabby chic decor was a nice touch for a rustic type cabin! We look forward to coming back!

Kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need and two washers and dryers to manage all the laundry. Beds were comfortable and firm, and the bathrooms were beautiful and relaxing. The house provided baby gates, which was very helpful. A built in gate at the top of the stairs to protect little ones from potentially falling, and an extra gate in the laundry room that was usable to keep them from going up the stairs inside or down the stairs on the porch outside. The property is closer to the North end of Hochatown, with lots of new restaurants and fun things to do, but only 5-10 minutes from Grateful Head and the Animal Rescue Center. The neighborhood was very nice and we enjoyed walking around. Coffee and candy/ ice cream store and restaurants were about 1/2 mile away and walkable or drivable. We would definitely stay here again.
