Great little cabin just 10 minutes from Nashville. Our family was able to make some great memories. Host was great with prompt instructions and responses when we had a question. Would highly recommend this cabin to others.

Great room in Brown County

Beautiful cabin and property. Loved the waterfront deck and hot tub. Great communication with the owners. Our dog loved the private wooded trail. We would definitely stay here again!

Very cool property that feels secluded but is right off of the main road. Aside from some ants that I would expect in a log cabin, the property is well maintained and clean.

It was an okay experience

We ended our get away here for the kids Spring break before heading home and they loved it. The kids were able to fish and even though the weather was still pretty chilly they were able to catch a few fish. My granddaughter told her mom she felt like she was staying in Abraham Lincolns home, it was so cute. Very nice place not far from Brown County to shop. Many thanks for providing such a wonderful spot to get away.

A very cute cabin but some things made our stay not so great. There were mouse droppings on one of the beds and in one of the drawers where clean linens are kept. The hot tub was dirty and had a very musty smell to it - the floating turtle had no chlorine tabs. The fridge was too cold and some of our things were frozen that shouldn’t have been (there was no way to adjust the temp). The gas fireplace had a nice ambience to it but we couldn’t figure out how to get it going again even after messaging the host and watching the YouTube video. We were told after checkout that there were people within 5 minutes that could have stopped in but that was never offered during our stay as an option.

Everything was great from the host to the accommodations. I will be booking another stay here in the fall with the Girlfriend for a nice weekend get away.

Last minute visit to Nashville and discovered a real gem in the woods!! Looking forward to a longer stay next time to enjoy the deck and the dock and the hot tub!!

The host was excellent and the cabin was very cozy. Beatiful surroundings and still close to the main street. We loved the 3 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms: it made the stay easy and comfortable.

We had such a great time at the cabin it was warm and welcoming but also clean and had all the amenities! For once there were more than enough towels for me and my family and the host was so accommodating! Highly recommend!!

Loved the cabin. Was cozy and a great location to access downtown Nashville easily. Loved the gas fireplace and hot tub. Only thing that would have completed the package would be comfy seating on the back porch. Would have loved to sit with a cup of coffee and enjoy the view of the lake. It was a steep walk down to the pier. Rope was helpful but stairs would be a safer option. But overall, loved our girls weekend there.

Cute rustic cabin and reto style appliances. Stove is small so cooking a large meal is difficult but not impossible. Overall had a very pleasant stay.

Nice cabin in a good location for what we wanted to do. Lake was not as appealing as we expected and cabin was not the cleanest, but we did enjoy it and would rent it again.

This was a great place for a 3-night stay over Fall Break. Our kids loved the cabin. They shouted, everything is wood!! as soon as we arrived. They fished for hours off the dock (catching only a twig and a leaf) but they thought it was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

I felt it was very clean. And I am picky. The hot tub was clean too. Beautiful cabin and we loved enjoying it with our dogs! The land is gorgeous with different Maple, Oak and Pine trees surrounding. The view of the lake from the back porch was a perfect morning coffee spot. The beds were comfortable, shower pressure good. There was shampoo/conditioner, soap and lotion provided which was very nice. Minutes from town. We will stay again! 10/10 recommend! Our host was very friendly & helpful.

If you are looking for a beautiful, rustic cabin then you are in the right spot. I do feel that the size of the cabin is a bit over embellished, the refrigerator is authitcally old and cute, but if you are looking to freeze anything, you are going to be disappointed and the walk to the pond to fish was a bit trecherous for my older uncle who walked with a cane. This cabin wasnt for us, but it is impressively authentic with a very rustic feel.

Hot tub was excellent—water gets plenty hot and jets are powerful. You can take in the gorgeous wooded view while you soak.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, it felt warm, cozy, and welcoming. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the little details throughout the cabin made it feel extra special.The location was perfect—tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful, but still close to everything we wanted to do. We especially loved relaxing on the porch in the mornings with coffee and winding down by the fire in the evenings.The hosts were wonderful and made the whole process so easy, from booking to check-out. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought and care into making this place a perfect retreat.We honestly didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next trip back. If you’re looking for a relaxing, cozy getaway, this cabin is absolutely perfect!

Rustic feel of a remote cabin with modern conveniences.

We booked a last minute family trip with our 5yo twins and 12yo son. The kids LOVED the rustic cabin and argued who was going to sleep on the top bunk. The bunk beds are actually 2 full sized beds. We took the kids horse back trail riding at Grandpa Jeff's Trail Rides which was very reasonably priced and only 10min from the cabin. The kids LOVED fishing from the dock in the evenings and roasting marshmallows by the fire. It was a very relaxing 3 night stay. Highly recommend!!

This cabin easily met all our needs and provided an incredible backdrop to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from IU. Nice and clean, adorable accommodations. We highly recommend for a group. We’ll be back.

The cabin is great..the location is great..the property manager responded immediately when we had questions! The only thing missing was a blender and a veggie peeler!

Wonderful property and awesome cabin! Loved the jacuzzi and access to the fishing pond. We caught (and released) dozens of Bluegill, Crappie, and Bass. Enjoyed shopping in Nashville and dinner in Morgantown before relaxing by the fire pit and then a soak in the hot tub…Great communication with the owner. We will be back.
