Spotless place, everything we could have needed!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was incredibly clean and well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, just a short drive to town, yet tucked away enough to feel completely serene. The views were absolutely stunning, with breathtaking mountain and lake vistas right from the cabin. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature. We can't wait to come back!

Cabin was awesome and view amazing. Sunrise and sunset all youd expect. Host very helpful. Road to property steep, thus great view. Hot tub was leaking a little but we used it daily while there. Firepit really cool as well.

One thing i have to say is that Karen is the most attentive and kind host ive ever dealt with in all my years of staying at vacation homes. The view is like none other, the pictures do not do it justice, you'll be staring out that balcony/porch for hours on end. The surrounding area is filled with delicious places to eat and the ingles grocery is perfect to stock up on any necessities. The hot tub was an amazing inclusion in our trip and we will definitely be back once it is replaced with a brand new one as per info from the host. Very close to many beautiful views. Anna ruby falls, Helen georgia, and the view up on BELL MOUNTAIN is right up the road.Dont miss out on this home away from home

The view is unbelievable. We could not get enough of it! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to spend a few days doing nothing but reading books and spending times with each other. It was my 50th birthday trip, and I couldn’t imagine a better spot to spend with my husband and kids.

This is our 2nd stay and we'll stay again any chance we get! You will not find a better view in GA. Host is exceptional, cabin has all you need and tons of room. Thanks, Karen and Vince!

We ended up at magnolia cottage as there was a clogged sink at pretty dawn. New place was fabulous and had great views. Nice hiking in the area. Had to leave early as the ice storm was coming but will definitely come back. Karen was fabulous to help us navigate the changes. Easy peasy.

The house was very clean and accommodating. Karen was easily reached when needed and very helpful! We loved the view of the mountains and lake below!

We loved our week in this cozy cabin. The views are incredible. Loved hanging out in both dens and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was also very comfortable. We had a great week and hope to be back again soon.

This cabin is fabulous! The view is amazing. It's clean and very close to downtown Hiawassee. The owner was very easy to work with and touched base regularly to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Absolutely perfect very comfortable super quiet spacious and well stocked cozy home at the top of the hill with a huge wrap around deck overlooking the most beautiful forested slopes and lake Chatuge down in the distance and open sky for miles across the valley. Our only complaint was that we didn’t stay long enough. We loved the fire pit in back yard and the clean hot tub! The mattresses on the 2 beds we used were so comfy and communication with owner was fantastic. Thank you Karen, we can’t wait to come back again!

Very nice house and location. Enjoyable

Pretty view and enjoyed the fireplace inside however it could definitely use some upgrades in items such as the sheets which had a hole and were very thin, towels cheap and scratchy and the beds need quality linens for sure- we had to sleep on just a thin coverlet which was not comfortable at all. In addition the outdoor fire pit was unattractive and was basically just rocks in a circle no chairs or anything- not inviting at all. The owner was responsive and allowed early check in which we appreciated.

We stayed in town to catch up with some family. Had beautiful weather in July. Cabin was perfect, clean and had everything we needed. Easy access and great communication with owners. We’ll be back.

Great mountain side cabin with an amazing view and great decorations thru-out the house. Would gladly stay there again if in the area. The management team was very responsive.

We stayed here for a week. The hot tub was amazing and the views from both the tub and from the main floor deck were spectacular. Clean house with comfortable beds. The king bed is in the lower level and the two main floor beds are queens. The king was very comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. We cooked most of our meals and found everything we needed. Owners are very responsive and truly care about their property and the guest experience. Only caution is that the roadway and driveway are not for the faint of heart. Very steep and twisted. Would not recommend for a large truck.

The cabin was cozy and has incredible views of the mountains and Lake Chatuge. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. The Host was excellent with her communications and assistance. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing scenic property.

I recently spent an amazing weekend at this Vrbo property, and it was one of the best escapes I’ve ever had! The entire space was spotlessly clean and every detail was thoughtfully curated. The views were absolutely breathtaking, creating a perfect backdrop for a truly secluded getaway. Inside, the mountain/country decor added a warm and welcoming charm that made me feel right at home. The hot tub was the cherry on top—an incredible feature that allowed me to unwind and soak in the peaceful surroundings.Overall, this stay was 5 stars, 10/10, and deserves 2 enthusiastic thumbs up. I highly recommend this property, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

We had a lovely stay at this cabin in northern Georgia. The cabin was well maintained, clean, spacious, and had spectacular views! Highly recommend! We will be staying here again!

This place was great! The view was AMAZING! Even with neighbors on either side, you still feel secluded. Directions from the home owner were very helpful. Definitely will be staying here again with the whole family in the future!

We had a great stay and the view and property are better than the pictures show. It was awesome to wake up and drink coffee on the porch with an amazing view of the mountains, lake and even Brasstown Bald off in the distance. The hot tub was nice, even in 30 degree weather, to relax in at the end of the day looking over the valley. The road is steep to get to the cabin but we did it with a Honda CR-V so anyone can do it. The drive up is well worth the view you get. Highly recommend.

We had a great time staying here. It was very comfortable and the view was fantastic. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooling as well. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Very steep road up to cabin, many hairpin turns…glad it wasn’t slippery, we never would have made it. Wish we had been told in advance what we would be facing. Never felt warm and we’re from the Northeast, we know cold weather. When we tried turning up heat, message came on thermostat telling us adjusting thermostat was locked and not available. I would have liked to have known in advance that we needed to provide ALL of our basic needs while staying here….no coffee (even a couple of Kurig pods) tea, salt, pepper, sugar, Kleenex. They had two frying pans in excess of 14” that had to use to cook my husband two eggs in the morning yet they had one bowl that was big enough to give a baby a bath in. Not even a cookie sheet to cook a frozen pizza on…I guess we needed to bring that from home, too. The beds didn’t have even one blanket on them, just a sheet and very thin bedspread and as I said previously we weren’t allowed to turn the heat up. The living room had one thin, small throw on the back of the sofa that was more decorative than useful that my husband and I took turns using as it wasn’t large enough for both of us to use at the same time. Every time we needed something we needed to go down this treacherous mountain road to get it in town. The town of Hiawassee was absolutely charming, I will say and they have one of the nicest quilt shops I have ever been it. Lovely place. I tried speaking to the owner with my suggestions and I really felt she didn’t listen to a me

Pretty Fawn Place is a lovely cabin with an amazing view over Lake Chatuge and Brasstown Bald in Hiawassee. We had a wonderful family Thanksgiving in this nicely appointed cabin. Would recommend highly, although advise to arrive during daylight as path up the mountain is not for the faint of heart.

Highly recommend this stay! The views are unmatched. Especially loved the sunset view of the mountains from the hot tub with a glass of wine! Just a tip- please refer to the directions the host provides, but I will say for anyone who heavily relies on their gps like I do, the cabin was easy to find with gps. Host prefers you to not completely rely on it, but it was no problem for me (just adding this because I had some anxiety about not using gps). Our weekend was great- clean cabin, plenty of amenities (I did bring my hairdryer if any ladies are wondering) and the host is very attentive. No complaints at all and hope to do it again soon!

Amazing little log cabin in the mountains with a beautiful view!!! The location is incredible with over 30 hiking trails some with water falls within 30 miles…if hiking isn’t your thing then just waking up and having coffee watching the sunrise against the Mountain View will sell this little gem by itself.

The property has been very well maintained and has spectacular views. Everything that was specified as amenities and directions were well thought of and explained in detail. We would absolutely return to this property overlooking the lake with views that stretch miles away even offering a view of Brasstown Bald.

Overall great place to stay. The road up to it is challenging as is parking, but once there it was a great time. I loved sitting I. The deck watching the clouds settle above the lake and rise to expose the mountains. In the evening the lake views were beatiful.

This property is a wonderful and relaxing place! It is more of a go for the view than the actual home rental, but that is all I needed. The Positives: * The view is outstanding! * Drive up the mountain was easy in my VW SUV. No AWD needed for summer travel. * Check in was easy thanks to detailed directions and information from the owner. * Plenty of seating options both inside and outside. * Labeled wall switches so you don't have to guess. * Comfy king bed (lower level) and sofas. * Bell Mountain is literally on the road you take up to the cabin. * Close to town but felt like I was a world away. * Did I mention the view is amazing?! The Just Okay: * The hot tub was covered by the deck (always a plus) but felt dated. It got as hot as I wanted and was very relaxing (especially with the view). Most of the jets did not run in the full power function and the lights are burnt out. * Clean home but could use a good deep clean. I did not feel grossed out by it and I'm a neat freak. Lots of knick knacks, which I appreciated since it adds to the overall feel of the home. *Showers could use an upgrade, but pressure was fine and plenty hot. * Not all of the sliding doors locked but there was a wooden stick in all of them. It was mostly a comfort issue for me as a solo female traveler the first night, but then I realized how secluded I was up there and it didn't bother me. The Bad: * My stay was too short!

We had a quick weekend getaway. Very clean and nice property. The view was wonderful. Looking forward to visiting again.
