• King bedrooms with ensuite baths + TVs
• ️ 1 queen bedroom with shared ensuite + TV
• Custom bunkroom with lounge area: 2️⃣ twin beds + 2️⃣ full beds above
• All upstairs baths have tub/shower combos

⚠️ KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
• Pool Fee: Non-refundable
• ❄️ Dec–Feb: Pool is drained and unavailable
• Fireplaces unavailable June–Oct 1
• ⚙️ No refunds for amenity malfunctions, though we’ll work quickly to resolve any issues

️ Optional Pool Heating
Available November 1–May 31 for $150 (first 3 days) + $40/day after, if requested. The pool is heated by an electric heat pump and managed by the property manager, typically stays 75–85°F (exact temperature not guaranteed). Heater turned on the day of arrival. Heating unavailable June 1–October 31.
