Pool!!! 5BR Mountain Modern Luxury in Ellijay! Water Wall!

Great cabin, great location. Pool is nice for family entertainment. Clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen. Lots of outdoor furniture that was nice. Indoor furniture was only ok at best.

10 Stars if I Could!Our stay at Living Water was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we booked, the owners and their phenomenal team went above and beyond. We arrived shortly after an ice storm, and they were proactive, communicative, and incredibly helpful, keeping us fully updated on weather conditions and travel in and out. That level of care alone set the tone for the whole stay.The cabin itself is stunning. The home is spotless, beautifully decorated, and impeccably well-appointed with high-end amenities throughout. Every detail feels thoughtful and intentional. The indoor heated pool, custom water wall, and hot tub were absolute highlights, and the game room was perfect for our group. This place truly delivers luxury without sacrificing comfort.The staff is beyond amazing—super knowledgeable, super helpful, and genuinely kind. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The owners are wonderful, and it shows in both the property and the experience.Located in the gorgeous Watersong community, Living Water is a true mountain-modern retreat and easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Living Water was an amazing destination for relaxation. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities including but not limited to, the fire pit, the outdoor hanging swings, the fabulous water wall, the swimming pool, the hot tub and the fireplaces. My husband enjoyed the pool table too. I hope to return to this slice of heaven. Highly recommend

When we needed a nice quiet retreat (for we adults) AND a fun experience (for the grandkids) Living Water was all we could ask for! The soothing sounds of the water wall enhanced our stay; and the indoor pool, cornhole setup, and pool table can keep the young ones entertained. So much to do locally, too....but I could go on!

Really it was great!

The property is better than advertised. The furnishings and linens are great quality. They even provide baskets with pool and hot tub towels at the various exits. The outside gathering areas were very comfortable including the basket of throw blankets. It was extremely refreshing to have more than enough glasses and coffee mugs for the number of people the house could support so we were not constantly washing dishes. This property was conveniently located on a very quiet neighborhood. I cannot say enough great things about the house and property managers. We will be back!

We visited last year for a family vacation with ten people and it was the perfect house for all ages. Great location close to the towns of Ellijay and Blue Ridge. There were beautiful views and walking trails all around the house. Our kids loved the indoor pool! It was very clean and overall a great experience. We plan to visit again this year.

The owners of this home thought of everything to make your stay amazing! The home is spacious! Our family enjoyed everything about it. The indoor pool was fun. The kids enjoyed watching a favorite show while sitting in the hot tub. We sat by the fire pit every night and the outdoor swings were a wonderful way to relax and unwind! We enjoyed the outdoor porch with fireplace and television every morning as well. The house is beautiful and so is the neighborhood. We will certainly be back!

This property was perfect for all age levels for family fun except you have to leave your fury family members at home.

Truly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful place. Very spacious, modern, clean. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need. Rooms are sophisticatedly decorated. Communication was superb! Thank you, cannot wait for next time!

This was amazing and much need time away from the hustle and bustle. Night one we were having some issues with the electricity, but the call center was right there to walk me through the issue as well as followed up with me to make sure that the issue was resolved. The waterfall was amazing. The accommodations were immaculate. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene. 5/5

The house was amazing but there wasn’t any views of the mountains. The drier took forever to finish a load. There could be a few more pots for cooking and leftover storage. With that being said we had a wonderful family vacation.

Everything was amazing and more.

We wanted a place away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life and that was exactly what we found! The only thing that could have made our visit better would have been if the house came with a butler. Haha! But seriously, the pool was so much fun! The hot tub was very soothing and relaxing.the pool table brought back memories of when we were kids. Everything was clean, the beds were so comfy and the stars at night! I mean WOW! I would go back without hesitation and highly recommend anyone else to try it out for themselves.

Very nice modern house at the end of the drive. Very private and quiet. The covered decks allowed us to relax while it rained and enjoy the sounds of the forest.
