This house suited our extended family perfectly. It was very clean and well stocked with everything. Mike, the owner, was extremely easy to work with. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in the Massanutten area.

The house was very clean and had everything you could need in the house and more. The game room was amazing for our kids.

This house was perfect for our family. From the minute we arrived my kids dissapeared to the game room, only to be seen again when they wanted to be fed LOL. The home is very clean, welcomming and stocked with all essentials. Kitchen is equipped to cook any meal. Host was very kind. Quiet culdesac and peaceful sleep. So glad we found this place!

Good communication, helpful owner. And Ms. PacMan sealed the deal. Great time, great place. Perfect for a weekend skiing with two of my teenage grandkids. Highly Recommend!!!

We don’t travel often, nor do we stay at Vrbo properties when we do. If we did, and we could take this house along with the owner with us, we would do it in a heartbeat. Mr. Handley met us during the check-in process and spent around 15-minutes just walking us through the house. All of the bathrooms were spotless and stocked with plenty of towels, along with bath wash. There were Keurig cups in the kitchen, along with a large jar of candy. The thoughtful details made our stay very relaxing. If we travel back to Massanutten for more skiing after the first of the year, this is the home we hope to stay in.

This house was so well stocked, they provided a lot of things that you rarely see in other VRBOs. The game room was such a hit, we ended up skipping some plans out just to stay home as a family and play. The property is lovely in the fall, every beautiful color was right over us when sitting on the front porch. We really had an awesome time at this property and would highly recommend for families!!

Michael was very helpful, and provided a great tour on arrival. The video games were a great touch, and provided great entertainment for our little guy. While we didn't get to spend a ton of time there, we will certainly be back.

Mike was so welcoming even before we arrived we were running behind due to traffic traveling from Sourhern Maryland. He was so understanding. When we arrived his hospitality was top notch he explaned how the resort works even had brochures of all the activities. House was very clean, kitchen was beautiful had everything you needed to cook with. The basement took me back to my teenage years playing video games Galaxia, fuse ball table. car racing, board, shooting arcade game, just to name a few it was like an in-home arcade. Thank you Mike for making our vacation the absolute best. We will see you again soon!

Overall really nice house. Very clean, easy to find things, comfortable beds and nice tvs. My son loved the arcade games. Mike answered messages very quickly, I’ve never had an owner meet us at the property to give us a personal tour but he was there to answer any questions about the property. Great resonantly priced house! Would stay again!

What a great house! Everything was as described in the listing and even better. Extremely well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and laundry room. The owners truly thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay. The whole house was extremely clean and well maintained. We have stayed in a lot of rental houses and this one far surpassed my expectations. I will definitely check to see if this rental is available next time my family visits the area!

Wonderful property with all the entertainment teo young kids could imagine. Amazing arcade, central to everything at the resort and stocked with everything you may have forgotten for your stay. Our host was delightful and present at check in to make sure we had everything we needed.

We have been to about a half-dozen Massanutten properties and this was the best for our family of four. Roomy but not too large, a personal welcome from the owner, amd the arcade games were a hit with the kids

This was our 3rd time at this place! Very clean and feels like home. Very well stocked! My grandson's ask that we stay at this place because of the game room....it's great...and keeps them busy! The owner is a delight and gives us wonderful recommendations! We will definitely be back again!

My friends and I first stayed here back in 2017. We loved it so much that we came back all these years later for a reunion. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This was the most thoughtfully equipped rental we’ve ever seen. They thought of everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The house is very clean and well maintained. The location is convenient to all the local attractions! We recommend this home highly!

We had a great stay at Spankeys. Mike is a gracious host and was very responsive to our pre-visit questions. The house was a perfect location as base camp for us in our plans to spend most of our time hiking and enjoying Shenandoah NP. The house was clean, the master bed was comfortable and the kitchen was outfitted with all the gear needed (including a great waffle maker) as well as a fine assortment of coffee K-cups & chocolate treats. As soon as we walked in, we wished we had reserved more than 3 nights! The photos don’t do justice to this beautiful home. All of the furniture is high quality and super comfy, including the beds (and I’m picky about beds!) Mike goes above and beyond to be warm, hospitable, and accommodating. His home is impeccably clean and invites you to relax and have fun in a setting surrounded by nature but close to lots of activities. The details are well thought out and full of personality. I didn’t even think I would be into the arcade games but I had a blast playing them! When something unexpected happened, Mike was flexible and understanding with us. We kept saying we wanted to live there and we can’t wait to return for a longer time!

We just got back from our 4 night stay at Massanutten and honestly we wish it were longer. The house is perfect for kids. They loved the arcade in the lower level and got in some nice kids books on the back porch swing. The house is in a great central location and is fully stocked with everything needed for a great, no hassle stay.

This cabin is true to its pictures and description. Clean and well maintained and the owner, Mike, is very responsive. The game room was a big hit with the whole family and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We used the kitchen for several meals and found it to be well stocked. Very quiet neighborhood and close to all the mountain activities. We appreciated the flat driveway as well.

Stayed for the weekend with our 20 month old son. Was a great weekend getaway! The house is as described in online listing! We felt very safe and you can tell that the host takes great pride in his property in how it is maintained. The game room was awesome! We would definitely return for a future trip!
